Stunning Apartment Central to Santa Fe. Private. 5 minutes to City Center

Beautiful one bedroom apartment. Close to all tourist sites in historic Santa Fe NM. Full gourmet kitchen, queen bed, TVs in main room and bedroom. Gorgeous deck to relax and enjoy the view. Excellent Wifi, Aircon/Heating, Elevator and parking. Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment as a couples retreat or relax on your own. Please know I am not a corporation or large vacation rental company. I maintain, clean and service both condos myself. You will never have an issue contacting me.

The Kiva fireplace is only for decoration, the chimney is blocked up. If the fireplace is used the guest will be responsible for costs for all damages inside the condo, including loss of earnings, and any damages to the building and other residents property. Please inform me if you are bringing children or a pet at the time of booking. There are additional pet rules.

Condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. Some noise restrictions apply as to not disturb the downstairs guests. If you are checking in after 9pm please inform me. Please do not jump, run or thump on the floors.
Please note the condo is NOT within walking distance from the Plaza, however, driving time to downtown is about 4 minutes. It is centrally located to ALL Santa Fe tourist sites.

This is an ECO building. HVAC will be set at 72-55 degrees during the winter and 68-75 degrees during the summer.
The balcony packed up from December to April.
Coffee and tea are supplied. Please contact me for any questions you might have. The property has video surveillance on the front door and the back balcony for your security. There is no video inside the unit.
This property is only listed on legitimate vacation rental sites.

We had a fantastic month in Yvette’s condo. It was very convenient to everything in Santa Fe, including the opera. Our pup enjoyed our daily trips to the huge dog park only minutes away. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our long stay. We would definitely stay in Yvette’s properties in the future.

Outstanding! One of the best rental properties I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at many over the years! The location was excellent close to everything but far enough away from most noise. There it was close to the elevator too so it made bringing my stuff from my truck much easier. Very safe location. The host was excellent in communication. The washer and dryer was a great convenience.

This was such an amazing place, exactly as advertised. Yvette has everything perfectly clean and well stocked. The balcony was so relaxing and comfortable. I would love to stay here again!

Our host answered the phone and helped us immediately when the keypad wouldn't work, and we were so thankful! Every detail of this apartment is beautiful, and even the rollaway bed was very comfortable! Everything was perfectly clean, tasteful, and lovely. The patio is gorgeous, such a fun retreat!

The apartment was such an oasis! The beautiful large balcony, the wonderful bed and bedding, the kitchen and comfortable living room. I didn’t want to leave! Everything was spotless as well; great appliance in the kitchen and so close to shopping, groceries and hwy.

Yvette's apartment was lovely, very clean, appropriately stocked and attractively decorated. She was quick to provide information and respond to questions. It is also a quick drive or healthy 30 minute walk to downtown Santa Fe. I hope to stay there again soon!J.
