Make your own special family memories or book for a fun getaway with friends!

With a location in the heart of the Lake Norman area, this house has it all. Enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing in the private cove, or relaxing on the dock sitting area. Inside, take advantage of the cozy living room, which has Roku TV, quick wifi, new hardwood floors, and a working fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, spacious countertops, and bar area. Cookware, utensils, cups, plates, mugs and silverware are included. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in the dining area, covered porch or dock sitting area.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. Guests may also sleep on the couches in the living room or on the inflatable mattress that is provided.

The house is conveniently close to I-77 exits 36 and 33, with access to great shopping, restaurants and attractions.

If you are looking for lake living on a budget you have found your place!

Wonderful Weekend Trip

This lake house was exactly as described in the listing! Great location, just far enough away from things to provide privacy, yet close enough to shopping and restaurants to get whatever is needed. The house was quaint, clean, and perfect for what I needed. Loved being able to use the kayaks, the dock and back porch area were relaxing to hang out and read or watch the sunset.

Anniversary trip

We had an amazing time here. We loved this house and the location! We took the kayaks out and enjoyed some relaxing time on the lake. Our favorite thing to do was sitting in the back porch and looking at the lake. My only complaint is that there was no curtain in the living room on the sliding glass door. Other than that we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

Lake Norman Cottage

Great location. The outside was just as advertised. Beautiful views from the covered porch, beach and boat. The cottage inside could be really nice if it were cleaner and some minor maintenance items attended to. We would consider staying there again. It was very relaxing and we had a great time.

Great lake Getaway

The house is located right in back of a cove on the lake with its own dock witch I had my own boat docked to. There is close access to route 77 and many restaurants and shopping opportunities. There is an awesome patio out back that has shade most of the day that we enjoyed, and 3 fire pits in the yard. Overall it was a very quiet and peaceful getaway.

comfortable and clean

Setting is exactly as shown in photos. It's wonderful. Very clean, and a comfortable bed. A/C was needed and worked perfectly. Quick and easy checkin. New washer/dryer is convenient. Love sitting outside for morning coffee with the lovely lake view. This was our second stay, and we plan to return again.

Peaceful place

The landscaping and outdoor area made me wish I could stay forever! The house was perfect for 2 adults and an 11 year old. I would have liked a dishwasher and a new mattress in the bedroom with a tv. Other than those 2 things, I wouldn’t change anything! We would love to come back to Lake Norman and stay here again.

Clean rental with fun close by!

We recently stayed at this rental for a long wedding weekend. Upon arrival, we could instantly tell that the house had been cleaned and sanitized well. The house is well stocked with kayaks, life vests, and everything else needed for days on the lake. The house is at a great location with grocery stores and restaurants only 5-10 minutes away. I only had one question the whole weekend and the manager got back to me ASAP. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Wonderful Stay on Lake Norman

We had a wonderful experience overall. Bart and his property manager, Amanda, were extremely courteous and made sure we had everything we needed and provided some great tips on things to see and do in the area. The pictures look unbelievable and it still exceeded our expectations. We relaxed on the patio in the evenings, had a couple bonfires in the pit, and fished right off the dock. Beautiful neighborhood with a nice community center right across the street. House had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, laundry supplies, and even a few toys. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. One of the best AirBNB/VRBO experiences I’ve had.

Gorgeous view & relaxing

We rented a boat off the list provided by the property manager and they delivered it to the floating dock. The house was nice and cool and clean. We also used the kayaks and floaties provided. The outside was amazing for our little getaway - we sat outside drinking our coffee in the morning and enjoyed the view. We had to buy trash bags as we couldn’t find any replacements in the house, but no big deal as we went grocery shopping for the week. Some of the items are a bit dated, the water pressure is really low, but plenty of hot water. The only really negative was the bed in the lakefront room - I went to get in and rolled to the center, just needs a new mattress.

Great place to stay!!!!

The house was lovely. Very clean and well stocked. But it was the outside that stole our hearts. We enjoyed the outside patio and the lakeview was great!!!!! The host was very nice!!!! I would recommend this Lake House! A wonderful vacation!!!!!

Cabin on a cove

Great location on a very quiet cove. House was great. Not the most modern but everything worked. Never had any issues. Beds were sufficient could use replacement but did their job. Caroline was very responsive .

Beautiful location

We went there to celebrate our 37th anniversary and had a wonderful time. We took the kayaks out a number of times and it was great. Would go back.

Relaxing week and s'mores

Spent a week at this wonderful house. Exactly like the photos. We floated around in the water; there was a bit of dirt/pollen scum on top but that's to be expected. NOT oil from boats. Kitchen has a nice big fridge & stove (no dishwasher) Plenty of seating inside and out. We used the firepit most every night (bring your own firewood or buy nearby). Very quiet neighborhood.

Great Lake View

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 417 Agnew. The grounds were pristinely landscaped and we greatly enjoyed sitting on the back patio with a bueatiful view of the Lake for our morning coffee and afternoon drinks. The house suited our needs and was comfortable.

Convenient location, great yard, fire pits and dock.

This house was a great place to go and relax. Spent every minute outside enjoying the porch, fit pit and dock. We were able to dock our boat at the house. Neighborhood was nice and safe. Quiet cove with fast access to the main channel. Enjoyed the wildlife from the dock - Birds, fish, deer, turtles. Great memories made here!

Gorgeous property

This is the most beautiful property, from the view to the gorgeous landscaping. Caroline, the property manager, was incredible. My mother, who is 93, loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the view.

spring visit

Overall we had a great stay! Loved the view of the lake and enjoyed the kayaks. Just a couple of things: the side door does not close very well and there is a lack of dishes like coffee cups. Also the toaster handle is broken. A very nice kitchen and family room. Also the patio is terrific.
