We are excited to offer TWO Unique Downtown Loveland Luxury Units, in the heart of Historic Downtown Loveland.

This is just two blocks from all the popular restaurants, shopping and bars you are looking for.

Entire building just remodeled in 2020 with a new roof, HVAC, paint, windows, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, lighting, flooring, and furnishings. Literally floor to ceiling makeover in this gorgeous historic home in the heart of historic Loveland!

Unit 1*:

First Floor with two private exterior entrances. Sleeps up to 6 guests w/ 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 portable cots available), 1 Full Bath w/ shower, Living Room, Eat in Kitchen, Washer, Dryer.
Outdoor space including covered front porch with rockers, rear private patio with dining table and Weber gas grill. A great rear yard with picnic table and fire pit. Small Dog Friendly with refundable pet deposit and nightly pet fee.

First 4 guests are included in reservation and additional guests at a rate of $25 per night per person. NO visitors outside of those on your reservation are permitted to the property.

~ Entire home can also be rented and the interior staircase can be unlocked and opened up to allow your family or larger group to stay together while utilizing both units together - best of both worlds! Max occupancy 10 guests. ~

DISCOUNTED weekly rates for bookings of 7 nights or more at 20% the listed price during Peak Season months (May-September). Weekly off season pricing is roughly 30% off the listed nightly price. Reach out for more info on mid or long term stays. Longer stays with discounts can only be booked directly through our booking site.

BEFORE BOOKING or INQUIRING ABOUT A STAY: If you are looking at any of our properties through a third party booking platform (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, HomeAway, etc.) and INQUIRE about renting through their booking platform (sending us ANY message about renting a property) you will be required to book using their platform which does include additional fees (this is how those platforms make their money) due to our agreement in place with these companies. If after inquiring you attempt to direct book we will be required to charge you additional fees to cover these fees as they track anyone who books after contacting us through their platforms.

If you found us through our social media, website, word of mouth, etc. we would suggest contacting us directly through our booking platform or website instead of through these booking platforms. Most guests book direct with us, but we have to mention this to those who are confused about how booing a stay works so you understand how we are charged by these third party sites once they are tracking you.

Loveland

We had a great time in Loveland! You are a easy walk to downtown and access to the bike trail. It was our first time here and will definitely be back! The house is really well done and super clean!

Within easy walking distance on sidewalks to local dairy whip ice cream shop (across the street), grocery stores, numerous restaurants and bars, shops, parks, bicycle rental, kayak and canoe rental, the bike path, the Little Miami scenic river and so much more!
