Walk to the beach! Pet friendly cottage/beach on Fort Morgan Peninsula.

Located on a quiet street on a private wooded lot just a block off the beach!! Easy walk to the beach with neighborhood beach access! Beach is pet friendly (dogs must be kept on a leash). This comfortable cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for accommodating extra guests. The kitchen has granite countertops, all major appliances, and is stocked with basic utensils/kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. There is an office nook with a desk. Spacious, wrap-around, outdoor deck for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a convenient, outside shower for use after the beach.
Enjoy the beach and coastal area with a more relaxed pace at this property on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. Yet, still so much close by! Fort Morgan State Historic Site approximately 7 miles away. Fort Morgan Public Boat Launch is 4 miles away. Several local restaurants and golf course within 3 miles. Still an easy drive to other popular destinations in this area including Tanger Outlets, The Wharf in Orange Beach, The Park at OWA, The Track, Gulf State Park, Waterville, USA, etc!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 1 smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, and outdoor deck.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized shampoo, and soap per bathroom.

* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)

* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

Beach House

Great location! Easy check in process. It was a little to far to walk to the beach with a 4 year old and my husband with a back injury but we rented a golf cart that was delivered to us within an hour. That made it perfect.

Great spot really close to the beach

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean, well apportioned and located really close to the beach with 2 public access points. We were able to bring our dogs since they allow pets. We had everything we needed for a great stay. I will DEFINITELY rent this place again!

Great little getaway

Very good stay for 4 people. We were even able to bring our 2 dogs- the beach and property are great for dogs. The listing says it sleeps 6, which is possible, but might be kinda crowded!! The outside shower was amazing!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was great to have a washer and dryer available as we are doing quite a bit of traveling. Lots of towels!! Great place to stay.

Great location to the beach!

We enjoyed this house as it was a great neighborhood and one block from a fabulous dog friendly beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very private. Restaurants were near and easy to get to.Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

Best part about this house: Location!! Such a close walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and cute! Private beach access is wonderful!Things I didn’t love: The smell…mothballs. Overpowering and almost unbearable. There is nothing “homey” about this house. It’s just a house. There are loose tiles on the kitchen floor. Some of the drawers in the kitchen you can’t even open bc the dryer is in the way. Most of the cabinets don’t close all the way. The outdoor shower needs new wood..honestly the deck needs some new wood too. There was no chair swing like in the pictures.All in all we had a great vacation but the house itself could use a little work.

Great place!!!!

We stayed for 4 weeks this year and last. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to some fun restaurants too. We would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Ft. Morgan!! Also, Shonna is always so nice to work with. She is so friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Fantastic Beach Vacation!

Perfect beach vacation location! One block from white sand beach that is pet friendly! Loved the cute cottage! Plenty of room and all the conveniences of home available. Comfortable, clean, relaxing! Lots of windows, light and airy, plus you could hear the ocean! We were so pleased with our stay! A special request concerning my pet was honored so kindly. Loved the layout of the cottage! Dollar General is 3 miles away and super convenient plus Gulf Shores is close for restaurants and activities. Fort Morgan is close for a nice visit! Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Charming

Cute little quant beach house. Could use some attention on nails popping on the deck and fixing the kitchen drawers so they could be accessible near the washer and dryer and most definitely ceiling fans for those warmer days..

A perfect spot for us!

We stayed here with 2 friends and 2 dogs, and it was just right for us. Great walking distance from the beach and comfortable for all of us.

We loved our stay at this great property! The neighborhood and access to the beach were excellent and we would recommend this property to anyone. Our dog loved his first trip to the beach.
