3 Bedroom House nestled between the bay and beach! Walk to both!

Quiet location in Fort Morgan with and easy access to both Mobile Bay and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Less than 2 miles from Fort Morgan State Historic Site and Mobile Bay Ferry Landing providing transportation to Dauphin Island. Only a half of a mile to Fort Morgan Marina with fishing charters and dolphin cruises available for booking and where the popular, local Tacky Jacks Fort Morgan restaurant is located.
This 3 bedroom/2 bath private home sleeps 9 guests. It has two inviting porches - one covered front porch with comfortable outdoor seating and one open back deck with amazing views of the bay for sunset and wildlife viewing! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals during your vacation. Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combination in each. 2 bedrooms have king beds and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed, twin bed and pull out trundle bed. There is a fold down sofa in the living room.
Easy parking for up to 4 vehicles. There is a nice outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Pets considered (2 small dogs) with approval and fee.
Neighborhood boat launch at the end of the street for kayak, canoe, small boat, or motorized watercraft launch.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - space for 4 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tvs, fully equipped kitchen, covered front deck with seating, sun deck on back with bay view and seating.
* Bed/bath linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

Make sure you stop in Gulf Shores on your way in if you need any groceries. Not a lot of options in the Fort Morgan areaThere is a Dollar General store as you enter into Fort Morgan and they have all of your beach needs ( chairs, umbrellas, toys etc..) very good selection.He neighborhood where the house is very quiet.

Our overall experience was great. Had a problem with the a/c going out one of the nights we stayed there, but it was fixed by the next morning! The kitchen could use some new pots, as all are pretty worn out! The property met our needs and served us well during our stay.

Excellent location to beach and bay- with nice view of the bay from the deck. Nice big living room.Improvement areas- cold water from master bedroom did not work, water hose downstairs unusable, motion light on stairs only on for 3 seconds, single beds not comfortable (others good), full length mirror or some outside the bathrooms would be nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed being within walking distance of both Mobile Bay and the beach! We also enjoyed being very close to the ferry. The house was very nice and we had a great stay!!

Great Location close to the Boat Ramp!

This was a great location with views of the bay! Quiet street and an easy walk to the beach! The property was clean and well maintained both inside and out! Great location if you plan on using the Ft. Morgan boat ramp which we did to launch our boat for fishing!

Absolutely wonderful!

The entire process was a breeze, from check in to check out, we loved the location it was quiet and a nice walk to the beach, we had the best time. The only downfall was that we had to leave. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great stay

Spent 3 nights and 2 full days. The real beach is across the highway, just a short walk and the crossing traffic is light. The house is great and has pretty much everything you need (although I would pack cleaning supplies just to augment what's at the house and avoid having to make a supply trip). Had a great trip, would highly recommend!

We enjoy visiting Fort Morgan we are from a small town and its great for us! We have stayed at this property before short walk to the beach, away from all the hustle of Gulf Shores but still near everything in Gulf Shores for shopping and enjoyment of your vacation! The house like before had everything we needed and enough space for 10 of us to enjoy and not be on top of each other!
