This rental is centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants in the heart of Tybee Island! Leave your car in the covered parking deck and enjoy the town on foot. Our condo overlooks the beautiful property's back pool and is just steps to the beach! This property has a total of two pools and a hot tub to enjoy. The downstairs storage closet has enough space to store all of your beach gear for easy access.

Nice condo right near beach

Our family enjoyed staying at this well located condo on Tybee. It has several pools for our kids to enjoy, an outdoor grill and lots of bedroom space inside.

Week at Tybee Island

Our host was more than accommodating! She wss readily available when there was a problem! The condo was very clean. Had a very enjoyable stay!

Tybee vacation 2024

Love the location! So close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Very comfy king size beds. Loved the corner unit and the size of the balcony! We loved that we had a grill! We will definitely stay here again.

Tybee beach accomodations

Accommodations where very nice and up to date. The unit was very clean, as well as the property and pools. In the heart of the beach are and bars and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. Owner communicated well.

Beautiful Condo!

We went for a mom’s weekend away and had a fabulous time despite having less than ideal weather. The owner was quick to respond and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Also walking distance to many amenities in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip

The condo was clean, well furnished and convenient to walk to the beach and Tybee shopping. We enjoyed using the chairs and boogie boards in the parking garage storage closet.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The property was great and so was Britney. She checked on us while we were there and after as well as giving us recommendations. I will definitely be coming back!!

Brittney is very responsive and helpful with any questions. The storage closet has wagons and umbrellas to use at beach which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Lots to see and do!

Relaxing week in Tybee!

We loved the condo at Brass Rail. It is in such a great location, close to everything! The hot tub was working this year, so that was a big plus, especially after the Polar Plunge! We didn’t realize how dead the town would be after Jan. 1.. lots of places closed for season, but we still had a great time! We will be back!

Beautiful Condo & Excellent Location

The condo was fantastic, had everything we needed. The balcony was amazing. Everything was located within a block or so, very convenient. The only complaints I have is that the outdoor hot tub wasn't working & the elevator was hit and miss.

Awesome, spacious, beautiful spot on Tybee!

Stayed for a few days over spring break. The owner was very good with communication. Condo was huge and very nice - great having views of both pool and street (fun people watching). Close to everything. We had great meals at Bernie’s!! Highly recommend.

Good times in Tybee

The property was very clean and in a great location. Very nice that bathroom soaps, various spices for cooking, and various beach equipment were all provided. Only two complaints: 1) There was only one television; 2) The king bed in the 2nd bedroom was uncomfortable, possibly board support underneath needed fixing in the middle? We all enjoyed the amenities and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tybee area.

Awesomeness

The property was beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and have all the comforts of home. One thing that a few people in our group mentioned is how quiet inside the condo is to be on the main drag, which is true. The patio furniture provided the best place to gather and enjoy the views and friends. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We will definitely rent this property again.

My family and I had the best time during our stay at this condo! Very spacious. Perfect location. We walked/biked everywhere. Lots of storage space in the secure garage. All necessary details clearly communicated. Thank you for allowing us to stay and for a memorable trip to Tybee!

Clean and Convenient Location

The condo was very clean, included linens and towels, decorated nicely, and in a convenient location. The pool was amazing also. The only negative was that there was no Blackstone Grill as pictured. We had an entire Hibachi night planned and brought along cooking supplies for it. We were disappointed by the regular gas grill.

Condo was very nice… Brittany was very nice and responded quickly to questions. It was a bummer that there were no supplies. Ran low on paper towel and garbage bags and it would be nice to have a small thing of laundry detergent . But location was great and the space overall was great for family.

Queit Getaway

The accommodations were as advertised. Plenty of room but was surprised not to find any beach towels or hair dryer. Having the option of the pool or beach was nice. Being able to walk to most places was great. Due to an event happening in the area at the time of our stay we decided to leave a few days earlier than expected. The host was very accommodating and helpful with the process. I would certainly remember this place for the future but choose not to go during spring break.

Family time

We stayed here for my sister getting married. It was great location, extremely clean. Master suite is Wonderful!! I did have a bit of a challenge in the evening/night with being loud outside. But this was not a huge issue and plus it’s because I have really young children. And it was quite by 10-11pm.😊 we would definitely come back again. My husband loved the location to the main road and within walking distance of everything.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and very comfy and has nice big beds! It was very clean and well-maintained and the balcony is awesome - we spent most of our time out there! The blinds on the living room door did fall down when we tried to lower them the first night, but since we were on the 3rd floor, it was not an issue. It looked like they had fallen before and someone had tried to put them back. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a few more bath towels and dishes - otherwise, it was perfect!
