Heritage Lodge- 3 bed 2 and a half bath Eagles Nest amenities, privacy, and pet friendly
Heritage Lodge is a beautiful 3 bedroom home in the Farms of Eagles Nest. Located on 10 acres of mountainside, this newly built home has much to offer. The living room has seating for everyone while you enjoy the gas log fireplace or enjoy the 75" TV. The kitchen boasts a large island with bar seating for four guests. The gas range, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances will make dinner preparation a pleasure. There is a Keurig and a standard coffee pot. The dining room is just off of the kitchen and living area. The King ensuite bedroom is on the main level with its own 75" TV and Sonos surround sound for the serious cinephile. A half bath, mud room, and laundry are off of the kitchen for convenience.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shared full bath. One room has a queen bed with a 50" TV and couch. The other bedroom has two full beds with a TV, electric fireplace for ambiance, and a desk. The shared bath has a large tiled shower and granite counters.
Outside on the main level is a large back deck. There are multiple seating areas, include a covered area with spectacular views of our mountain sunrises. Set your alarm; you won't want to miss it! Please note that in winter months, the outdoor furniture is removed due to the high winds.
While enjoying your stay at Heritage Lodge, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount-
Excludes Holidays.
Guests returning to Heritage Lodge may receive a 5% discount, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
Additional Important Notes:
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- There is one Security Camera in place outside of the home, mounted above the front door looking at the road. There are no cameras pointed into the home.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
