Nice condo

Comfy with a great view!

This is my third time staying at this property. I have brought different friends with me each time! It comfortably accommodated all our needs. There were beach toys and chairs available for use. And the view of the ocean from the deck was a lovely place to drink our coffee/tea and do our morning devotions! We cooked most of our meals at the condo and everything we needed to do so. Would highly recommend!

Great place for a cozy beach stay

Spinnaker 1D

Overall a great place to stay for a vacation to Perdido Key. Unit is recently remodeled and it shows. We still had great views off the side balcony. Living area is spacious and open. There were some little details here and there that need to be addressed but not enough to ruin a vacation. We would return to this unit if we vacationed again in this area.

Great getaway!

The condo is located in a quiet area. Great and easy access to the non-crowded beach! Bed was comfortable and the condo was clean!

Loved IT!

The property was very clean and it was a home away from home. Gave a cozy feeling. I loved that they had beach supplies there and I didn't have to buy anything. All the appliances were up to date and everything was nice. We had more than enough room and the view was great. Walking distance to the beach. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

On the beach

Was great! We walked right out the back of the condo to the beach. Weather was cloudy in the morning, but would clear in the afternoon. Water was too rough to swim so we walked down the beach and looked for shell and shark teeth.

Girls trip

Great place for a group of 4 friends. Condo was clean, everything you need, plus beach supplies and towels. Great location, easy walk to the beach.

Nice place on the beach

Loved that we could walk out the condo straight to the beach. Not a popular touristy place so we had the beach mostly to ourselves, which was nice. If you’re looking for a place to really relax in quiet area, but not far from bars or shops…highly recommend!

Gorgeous

This property was amazing. Private beach. The most updated kitchen I’ve even seen. Gorgeous, beach themed decor. Everything you could need and more. My only drawback besides Vacasa being a pain was that there were 2 flights of steps. I had knee problems so it was hard. I absolutely LOVED this condo.

Best Beach Rental I've Had!!

We had so much fun during our stay over the 4th of July week. The condo was spectacular and made us feel right at home. The pictures to not do this rental justice. While there is not a lot of things to do within walking distance, there are a ton of unique adventures within a short drive. We went to the National Aviation Museum (home of the Blue Angels). Admission is free to the museum, but we paid extra for a short movie and the Max Flight Simulation (20 minutes from condo). We also traveled to Pensacola for a night kayaking trip in the bay. We had clear boats equipped with LED lights. We didn't see anything, but the memories will last a life time. We had so many options for dinning. Shrimp basket is within walking distance and has several options for those in the group that don't like seafood. Lillian's is another great stop for pizza (front parking lot is for the hotel across the street). On our last night we traveled to the Sunliner Diner in Gulf Shores, Alabama and everything we had was AMAZING!!! We have already discussed when we want to return next summer.

Perdido Key

Our condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished. Everything was spotlessly clean, looked brand new and all appliances worked well. Was excellent in every way except the bed in the master bedroom had an uncomfortable dip in the mattress on the west (deck) side and the deck roof leaks badly in the rain as we discovered when a bad storm passed over one day. Not a complaint, but the refrigerator freezer handle was loose and the upper doors squeaked loudly...could use some lubrication. Despite these slight problems, we are not complaining as we enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely return! It's truly a lovely condo in a great location. Excellent Beach Property!

Wow amazing! This place has beach access and is exceptionally clean and great location. Perfect weekend away! If I had one thing to add it would be to stock the kitchen with coffee filter and maybe some sugar and oil! Great for cooking but needs some extra things. Will def be back!

Spacious condo on the beach. Great kitchen and breezy decks with excellent furniture. Vacasa was not very responsive or customer focused, but the condo was great

Port a pots

The condo was wonderful decorated beautifully. Everything you needed. My only concern was the port a pots right next to the deck. I know that’s not the owners doing but the could be moved to other side.
