Condo needs some cosmetic updates. Unfortunately there was a fish smell in the freezer and refrigerator but it was still usable. Great location and good value for the area.

The rental was clean and the view was amazing! The beach access was great as well. I do agree with other reviewers that this particular unit is in need of some updates, especially the stove. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Beautiful beach view from the balcony, cozy furnishings, good amenities, and great property management service. The response time of the property management could not have been better. Check in/check out was a breeze! We would stay here again.

I was disappointed ….. It needs a deep clean. Dirty baseboard and walls, dirty ceiling fans, and mold spots on the ceilings in the bathrooms.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The property was clean and well kept. The condo was exactly as represented in the listing. We had an incredible view of the ocean and enjoyed sleeping to it's sounds at night. The location is perfect, sitting halfway between Pensacola, Florida and Orange Beach, Alabama; with just 15ish minute drives to either. The lock to the front door was a little tricky to figure out. But, once we did, it was fine. We would definitely stay

It was great!

The check in process was super easy, the room was a little dated which I didn’t mind, but it was clean. It was in a good area and great for the price. No complaints!

Walking in there was an overwhelming smell of mold. There was a dirty Q-tip also in the doorway. Vents had mold that was visible and it appeared to not have been cleaned well. Dust all over the ceiling. Cracked baseboards. Pullout bed had brown stains and signs of rust. Lots of holes in the walls. We called to see if anything could be done about the mold and once they arrived he was rude off the rip. One of our people did match his energy which is on us. We were told good luck finding anything on the beach at this time. Property manager was contacted again and we told to leave immediately or deal with it. Elevators were down a lot and we ended up checking out early from our stay. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.

Good stay for the price

Overall great condo for the it was clean location great and good size. Some maintenance is needed but overall good unit

Quick beach getaway

The view from our eighth floor balcony was awesome!! Always had that gulf breeze and beautiful white sand beaches. A nice secured boardwalk beach access to clean and pristine sand.

Overall good

We enjoyed staying in this condo. A few things could use attention within the condo, but for us, it was perfect for our vacation. I would recommend it to others looking for a place to stay when visiting Perdido Key.
