Reel Paradise II 2bed/2bath updated half duplex with dockage

This two bedroom two bath half duplex is recently remodeled and updated with brand new everything! The kitchen & living room have an open floor plan with hurricane impact windows that allow you to see down the canal. In the living room there is a flat screen TV and the couch has a pull out bed. The kitchen has all new stainless steal appliances with white cournertops & cabinets. The master bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom that is updated and has both a regular shower head and the rain shower head. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and the guest bathroom is updated. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVS. There is plenty of downstairs storage for all of your boating toys! Fish cleaning table and both water and electric at the dock.

Max boat length at the dock is 35ft

Amenities: wifi, TV, bose sound system, bait freezer, extra fridge freezer, washer & dryer, fish cleaning station, king sleeper sofa.

This property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then 2-3 vehicles depending on size and 1 tariler will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
