We loved staying here with our 4 kids. The location is just far away enough from the boardwalk that it feels less busy and less chaotic, but still close enough to do everything that you want. We walked with our kids to get ice cream every night. The beach is calmer and less crowded over here as well. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The management company was awesome to work with and made everything extremely easy and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful view of the Newport Beach shoreline. It’s nice to be able to walk out and immediately be on the beach or hang out upstairs with beautiful view.

We LOVED this rental! It was clean and well equipped but also homey and cozy. We could have fit our Honda pilot in the garage, but there was plenty of parking on the street so we used it to store our sandy beach things instead. Being right on the sand was amazing and so convenient. We slept with the windows open and listened to the waves. There were no check out chores which was a breath of fresh air. We will definitely book this property again!

The patio has changed from this picture; however great stay will definitely book again. Very clean, the parking garage did not fit my Honda Pilot more of a Porsche 911 size however parking was not hard to find in November. I really liked the set up and the stairs were not bad for my aunt who has anxiety of falling down stairs and the view won her over. I already miss this place.

Friends getaway

Absolutely loved this property. Location is priceless. All was as described. Very clean and had all we needed. Enjoed a very relaxing weekebd with girlfriends and would definitely return.Instructions were so helpful.
