Amazing location, comfortable beds and ample space. The house is in need of an update. The furnishing is old and for not a lot of money the place could be spruced up nicely. You are a block from the beach and have a sweet water view from certain positions.

This 4 bedroom home at Newport Beach was exactly as described. Each room was very tastily decorated and each room had a good sized flat screen TV. Everything was clean. The maintenance service was very quick to respond to any requests (including my request for a propane tank.) I was very surprised to see the gas BBQ grill was connected to a permanent gas line. Our dinner was delicioso!As stated, the home was located one house away from the beach and we had views from the great room.We had a fantastic multi-generation family vacation and hope to do it again.

Great location and very clean! Only issue was the washer and dryer-required quarters and we were not able to use the dryer as the money slot was jammed.

Loved the location and the space. 4 bedrooms all with a King size bed. Also, loved that it had 2 patios and a propane bbq. We had a great time and would rent this property again

Great location and comfortable space for our group. Only down side is that there was excessive construction which started at 7:30 every morning. Right now it seems like every other house is under major construction.

Amazing location!

This is a great stay if you’re looking to be near the beach and walking distance to shops and plenty of spots to eat. The beach is half a block and ocean views can be seen from the kitchen and deck.

We loved this property! It held my family of 6 with room for more. So close to the beach. They had chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella to use. The kitchen had what we needed to cook at home when we chose to. It was very helpful to have parking, and our large SUV fit just fine in the 2 spots. Check in & check out process was pretty easy. Would definitely book here again!

Great location and stay in Newport Beach

Had a grew of people stay here over a long weekend and enjoyed the time a lot. Great location and service by the host. Towels and other essential items were provided that you usually do not find in other rental properties

This was the perfect place to rest in between our Disneyland park days. The house was clean and it was great being so close to the beach.

Great beach house!

My 2 adult kids and I had a great time here, a fabulous location with ocean view from the living room and narrow deck ( larger deck on other side). Very spacious and quick response from management, would definitely stay here again!
