AquaVista is a low density complex located on the west end of Panama City beach within one mile of Pier Park! Great beach rental for couples, families of four, and no greater than 3 adults! Restaurant and Winn-Dixie grocery store across the street. This is a two bedroom, two bath 1200 sq. foot unit with spectacular views from the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated with a coastal feel. Large balcony! Free beach chairs and umbrella during season (March 15 - October 15, 2026). Wireless Internet and desk. Work from the beach!
Condo is disinfected after every visitor for your safety. Photo of Driver’s License (front and back) is required for condo rental.

Note: Monthly rentals are available from December 1 - March 1 at a discounted rate... deep cleaning upon departure required.

We will definitely stay here again! Its a very nice set up ! And we went to gulf coast jam and it was not far of a drive an traffic was not ridiculous, and the beach was not crowded at all ! And the 2 free beach chairs were nice too ,cant find that anymore .we had a great time at this condo .

The unit was very nice. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Parking became an issue because visitors had no parking spots and couldn’t stay longer than 6 hours.

Brief Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location is close to Pier Park and different restaurants. The beach chairs were a nice addition to the experience.

The condo was perfect size for our family. Everything was in great condition. The pool was quite small compared to other condos we have stayed at. For 4th of July weekend, the beach was not crowded at all. It was secluded from other major condos which was a plus. When contacting the owners through VRBO, it took some time before we could get a response.

Happy to hear you enjoyed the condo! For a mid rise condo, the pool is considered to be large. Are you use to staying in high rise condos? If so, I can agree that those pools would be larger. But the trade off of benefits of being in a mid-rise vs a high-rise for most people would go to the mid rise. Also, I show the longest response time that you had from us was 43 minutes. VRBO wants owners to respond to guests within an hour. Therefore, our response time was within the timeframe that VRBO assures guests that a response will be made. We pride ourselves on our quick response to guests. Best of luck to you on your next rental!

This property was in a great location on a quieter part of the beach. The condo was perfect and the hosts were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

AquaVista is our favorite place since 1988. 705E is an up to date condo with easy access and nice furnishings all the way around. If I could improve one thing it would be this; The facility needs a faster elevator. Other than that, pack your bags and enjoy!

We liked everything!

There was nothing we did not like about this property. Easy access to beach, condo tastefully furnished and fully stocked. We loved the big balcony and terrific views. Very nice private beach. Definitely will consider this property for future beach trips!

Quiet Stay - Calm Beach

Very relaxing stay. Clean and easy to access. Location is away from a lot of the chaos the beach often has. I have no complaints. A plus trip.

Wonderful condo, amazing views

Wonderful condo and amazing views! The condo is located on a less crowded beachfront, which makes it perfect for families or a couples getaway. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to vacation in Panama City Beach.

Excellent location. Beach isn’t crowded, easy to get in and out of parking. Condo was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities. Would stay here again.

Great location and condo

The beach wasn’t crowded and was in a great location. The road work is a little loud but if you don’t sleep in then it’s not a problem. The condo was great!
