AquaVista is a low density complex located on the west end of Panama City beach within one mile of Pier Park! Great beach rental for couples, families of four, and no greater than 3 adults! Restaurant and Winn-Dixie grocery store across the street. This is a two bedroom, two bath 1200 sq. foot unit with spectacular views from the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated with a coastal feel. Large balcony! Free beach chairs and umbrella during season (March 15 - October 15, 2025). Wireless Internet and desk. Work from the beach!
Condo is disinfected after every visitor for your safety. Photo of Driver’s License (front and back) is required for condo rental.

Note: Monthly rentals are available from December 1 - March 1 at a discounted rate... deep cleaning upon departure required.

Excellent Stay!

This property was in a great location on a quieter part of the beach. The condo was perfect and the hosts were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

Best solo trip ever!

Originally, my adult kiddo was supposed to accompany me on this trip. However, something came up and I decided to go by myself. Although I was a little nervous about traveling 7 1/2 hrs from home alone, I’m soooo glad I did. The condo was perfect and my stay was very enjoyable. I felt very safe at Aquavista while in my room, the parking garage and on the beach. I think I’ve started a new tradition! Lol. I would definitely return!

705 E Aquavista

The owner was extremely responsive and very thorough with their explanations. The property was exactly as described. The view is unmatched and the location was perfect! We loved that Winn Dixie was directly across the street and Pier park was less than a mile away. The beach was never crowded and had plenty of space. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent location. Beach isn’t crowded, easy to get in and out of parking. Condo was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities. Would stay here again.

Awesome

The balcony overlooking the beach was our spot. To wake up and have a cup of coffee every morning watching the ocean was so peaceful. The owner was amazing with all communication. Answered questions in a very timely manner. A very memorable trip.

Very Clean Condo in an Excellent Location

The condo has amazing views and is well-situated in a less crowded area of PCB. The condo has many thoughtful touches, e.g. the light switches are labeled; there is a large basket of beach towels; the kitchen has everything from a crock pot to a kitchen shears! Chris was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

Great property! We stay at Aqua Vista every year and this was one of the best units we have stayed in! Lovely decorations, clean and AMAZING views! We love how uncrowded the Aqua Vista is, and its close proximity to everything we need!

Relaxing getaway

Great property on quiet end of PCB. Condo is wonderful the decor, great location, easy in and out! We had an amazing time, water was so great in gulf and pool! Condo owner was quick to respond when contacted. Easy to work with. Will definitely be back!

Great place!

We have booked this condo for 3 years running for many reasons. It is clean, the kitchen is wonderfully equipped, the decor is up to date, the beds are comfortable, the other furniture is comfortable, and Chris is quick to reply to all communication. He is a 5 star host, and his unit is 5 star. I highly recommend it (unless you want it the time I want it!)

Perfect summer vacation spot

We were all very pleased with the condo. It is very much the same as advertised in the listing. Very comfortable with the space and location of the property…close enough to attractions but far enough for peace and quiet. Beach access was easy and not overcrowded. Definitely planning to return!

Summer Beach Trip

Everything was perfect! Condo looks exactly like the pictures on VRBO and Chris was wonderful to work with. We will defiantly stay at this unit again.

Clean and convenient

The condo was great- beach front and pool was nice. Beach chairs and umbrella as part of our stay was a nice treat, too! We did almost run out of toilet paper so might be good to bring an extra roll or two just in case! For anyone who wants to cook: bring salt, pepper, oil/butter, and really anything that will be important for making basic meals. Also bring some potholders if you plan on using the oven. For non cooks, you’ll be just fine! Everything was clean and working as expected.

Week of Relaxation!

Our stay, at Aqua Vista, was wonderful! This was our third year there. This was our first time, staying in 705E. It did not disappoint. From booking and through all communications, our host was great! It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. I would recommend this unit to others. We will definitely be in touch again!

Quiet Stay - Calm Beach

Very relaxing stay. Clean and easy to access. Location is away from a lot of the chaos the beach often has. I have no complaints. A plus trip.

Great location and condo

The beach wasn’t crowded and was in a great location. The road work is a little loud but if you don’t sleep in then it’s not a problem. The condo was great!

Lovely place

Unit was lovely. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were all very loud and creaky but functional. Pool and hot tub were great. Beach area was amazing. Elevators were slow, rickety and the shaking was bad. Traffic outside the unit was insanely loud. Lots of motorcycles with blaring music and engines at all hours (bar across the street). My stay was great and I would come back here again no question just making sure the negatives are known in case that's a deal-breaker for others.

THE place to be

Love the midsize complex. Easy to find parking and not far to walk to elevator. Midsize complex also means less crowded beachfront. Perfect view from balcony, pool, and hot tub. Conveniently located across the street from Winn Dixie grocery and CVS pharmacy too. My only complaint is the elevators. Sometimes one would be closed for service.
