Summary:
Iconic oceanfront Venetian Court, located in the heart of Capitola Village!

The Space:
The Pink Venetian (lower unit) is on the sand of Capitola Beach - the perfect place for the ultimate beach vacation!

This clean and comfortable studio features one queen bed and a pull-out couch which allow 4 guests to sleep comfortably in the studio. There is NO full kitchen in this unit. There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishes and cutlery; a dining area, one full bathroom; and a washer and dryer. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, the front door of this unit is directly in front of the sand of Capitola Beach.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an assortment of fun beach games are provided for your entertainment. Please note: this home is located beachfront- literally steps from the sand. There will most likely be people close to the entryway , and you will probably hear and see them. Please be aware of that before booking.

A parking pass for free street parking around Capitola Village is also provided during your stay.

There is an exterior security camera for your added safety.

Lovely stay in Capitola

We’ve passed these houses but never stayed. Lovely little 1 bedroom (lower level) of the pink and blue Venetian. Beach outside your door looking at the ocean with the quaint downtown and pier to your sides. Lovely decorated. People enjoying the beach all around. 2 min walk to downtown. Beachy coastal vibe. We’d love to come visit again. Learned: Entry is to the left of the pier (walkway down to the beach). -Plan to eat out or BBQ since it’s a mini kitchen and downtown restaurants are a block away. -Unload but need to park in the surrounding neighborhood with the house parking pass. A block or two outside of downtown has longer parking.

Comfy little get-away

Comfy, quiet little get-away right on the sand, easy walk to excellent food and drink, plenty of wildlife and people-watching without feeling crowded or busy.

Our stay

First night was great. And someone checked in upstairs with two children. They were noisy every night after that until 130 or so in the morning even though we talk to them and ask them to stop. We left a day early because we couldn’t get any sleep at night Other than that the place was great.

Absolutely awesome!

The Pink Venetian was absolutely awesome. We actually rented both the upper and lower unit which made for a delightful experience for my family. We spent a very relaxed week at the oceans front door. We had everything we could need in the lower unit (and upper lol). My two teens took over the lower unit and enjoyed the big tv in the evenings. Sand toys and chairs and towels were all provided along with the washer and dryer! We cant wait to stay again! Thank u for a trmendous memorable week!

I didn't this already, but we loved staying in the property. My family had stayed there next door and it was wonderful to have the single bedroom. The small kitchenette was adequate except we needed a knife. The beach was wonderful.

It was great staying in Capitola right on the beach. The rental agents (Surf City) did not return my call when I had called a few days before our trip, when we arrived I tried calling again, it went to voice mail and the mail box was full. Poor customer service.

11Year Anniversary

We enjoyed our stay at the venetian 22.5 The views the room were wonderful it was to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. At Night we could hear the ocean waves. in the morning we had coffee and for dinner we went to a restaurant in town all a short walk. we will stay here again and will be highly recommended.

Cute place, but didn’t love location

Cute place. Very clean. Bed was not comfortable, pull out bed/couch was super uncomfortable. Lots of random people from the public hang out and walk by. Not a location I would want to stay at again.

Lovely unit

We had a wonderful time. The unit is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The photos are a little generous in terms of the space. There are some low ceilings and the layout is a little different than how the photos present, but you won't be disappointed. It's a great spot.

Lovely stay!!

Great little spot, can't get closer to the ocean/beach if you tried! We came during a stormy weekend and the water even hit the windows a few times during high tide. Very clean! Can walk to everything you need! They have lots of beach chairs and games and other supplies to use as well which was really nice. As everyone else said parking is awful to say the least, especially since the wharf is under construction. So be prepared to lug your things a ways. Definitely not handicap accessible either. If you are over 5' 10" you will hit your head in the bathroom/shower/entryway. Would definitely recommend!

Colorful/nice house right infront of the ocean, the sounds of waves had us sleeping more then well, everything is walking distance which we loved.

Came to Capitola for a refresh.... Did not disappoint.. WEATHER was perfect.... location perfect.. morning coffee watching the beach wake up the for the day. Will surely come back and have been here several times before.

Great spot in terms of walkability being off the beach, property was really well kept but small for our family and kids on pull out couch. Lots people on beach linger around in front of the door on weekends but if out and about during the day then it’s not that big of a deal but got weird trying to come back. Overall it was good but we’d probably stay a bit further away from beach next time and walk instead

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I visited to celebrate our 20th anniversary and both of our 40th birthdays! We’ve loved the Venetian properties since the first time we saw them over 20 years ago. The Pink Venetian did not disappoint. Everything about our stay was perfect. The property had everything we could need (chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach games, etc). The only thing we’d add if possible was a kitchen sink, but it wasn’t a huge deal. We ate out for our meals anyhow. When we parked the car Thursday evening, we didn’t even get back in it until we checked out on Sunday. Everything we could need was just a short walk. We had the best time just relaxing and enjoying the beach. We’d definitely return!
