Can't get any closer to the ocean. The last property with amazing views from living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. I've stayed a few different units at this complex and this unit was by far the most impressive.

We had the best weekend at this beach property. Location is perfect. The home is clean and super cute and modern. Property has everything you need for a fun beach get away. We will definitely be back!

Very nice apartment. Spacious. Great kitchen. Waking up to spectacular ocean views and having coffee on the balcony was wonderful. All of the rooms had great views. It is very well appointed with everything you need for a great day on the beach-beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc We will be back!I highly recommend it!

Our family spends every 4th of July in Capitola, and have been doing so for the last 7 years. This was by far the best place we have stayed. Pictures do not do it justice.It is close to everything, on the sand, and amazing ocean views.

Beautifully remodeled house right on the beach! Took in gorgeous sunsets and enjoyed the fresh sea air. Waterfront dining is steps away. Had the BEST seaside getaway with family - just a perfect spot! Hosts are wonderful with excellent communication!

This beautiful Venetian is not only historical, but it is completely renovated into an amazingly fabulous play to stay!! I have always admired these colorful homes along the coast of Capitola & to have actually been inside of one was an absolute joy 🤗 walking distance to the beach, pier, shopping & restaurants is the best!!!

Anniversary stay

This place is amazing. The location is about as good as it gets if you want instant beach access and a short walk to great food and shopping. The place is very attractive and well equipped. The little balcony is a great place to sit and drink your coffee in the morning. The only complaints we had was that the light and shade controls are very numerous and complicated. Also hard to see for us who need glasses. Also the TV was very hard to figure out and when we tried to call the manager for help no one answered or replied to our message. That said we had a wonderful time. It ends up being very pricey with the added fees but if you want a splurge it’s great.

Serene and beautiful

We absolutely loved our week stay in the upper (and lower) Pink Venetian! Ive always wanted to stay in one and this did not disappoint. It has been newly remodeled with all modern comfortable amenities. Beautiful picture windows give you a breathtaking views of the ocean literally outside your door. Motorized window coverings were awesome lol! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and with the windows open all night you cant help but sleep soundly with the ocean breeze and sounds! Everything was clean. Check in a breeze. We cannot wait to stay again. If you can rent both the upper and lower unit I would highly recommend for access to beach supplies, laundry units and extra beds! Perfect for teens or inlaws hahahaha. We very much enjoyed our week. Thank u!

Fantastic Weekend Stay

Luckily this property was available for us to escape the Nor Cal heat for a weekend. Great communication with the rental folks and the apartment was amazing! Beautiful, updated interior, great location, awesome views of all of Capitola Beach, nice balcony, and very comfortable interior. Walking distance to Capitola Village. The first night was very quiet but the second and third nights were a bit loud as the lower unit became occupied and we could hear loud conversations and tv through a door in the hallway. Assuming the upper and lower units are connected by this door, it was a bit alarming when we heard voices on the other side of the door and then someone banging on it out of nowhere. Not a negative to the overall experience but it’s mentioned here so other renters know that sounds and voices carry. Overall, we loved the place and will come back!!!
