Capitolasuites! Enjoy this two-bedroom, 1 and half bath newly remodeled Ocean View Condo! No need to worry about parking in Capitola. Just drive up to the Capitola Wharf and park in our one car garage!

Unparalleled ocean and beach views from this special retreat at the entrance to the Wharf. BBQ from your balcony and enjoy views over Capitola Village and the waters beyond, or walk a block and find yourself surrounded by restaurants and boutique shops. This is an incredible venue for families, surfers and beach goers to immerse themselves in one of the top US beach towns (sleeps 6). There is a one car garage that is available for you during your stay. We have 220 volt outlet in the garage for charging EV’s. We also have a parking permit for another car for you to use during your stay too.
SPACE: We have king premier memory foam mattres, queen bed and full mattress in small loft area. Couch has a queen pullout sleeper. Full Kitchen. Expansive ocean views from living room, dining room, and kitchen with a covered balcony for outside enjoyment.

This location is just a treasure, wow, right on the pier with beautiful views. 1 min walk into town. The beds are so comfortable, and the place is clean and updated. Thank you for having us, we will be back!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Capitola. The place was very clean, steps away from the beach and restaurants, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Great location and a very comfortable stay!

The home was very clean and spacious. The beach view was amazing along with the short walks to restaurants. It was nice to be able to have a garage to park our car in. BBQing was also a plus. It was like we had all the comforts of home but a more spectacular view. We will definitely be back.

We loved staying here! Can’t beat the location. Condo was clean, fully stocked with all necessities, pet friendly. Loved that it was pet friendly! There were several codes to remember to get into the garage, garage door gate and house but this did make us feel safer. Check in and out was super easy and Nancy was easy to communicate with. Will most definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect! Very comfortable, clean and inviting. We had a last minute getaway and the ocean views were priceless& we loved listening to the waves all day. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great for a couple and a small family to share.I would get a carafe for the coffee pot in case people want to brew their own coffee. The keurig was fine. Owner is VERY responsive! Great place to staycation in Capitola literally steps from the pier.

Thank you Tammy. I appreciate letting me know the carafe was missing from the coffee maker. I had no idea it was missing. We now have a coffee maker along with the Keurig.

The smoke/Co alarm went off this morning at 5:00 but it could have been a spider crawling into the alarm housing. Also, the bathroom fans have a lot of lint in the screen and I recommend that they be cleaned for better efficiency.

Nancy was so nice and responsive and her place is comfortable, convenient, and perfect for families looking for a Capitola Beach vacation. We walked everywhere, had secure parking and EV charging, and easy checkin/checkout instructions.
