Charming Capitola Beach Cottage located on Lawn Way in the heart of Capitola Village. Just steps from the Capitola Beach, restaurants, wine bars and cute shops. Our updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house sleeps 2 guests. Includes newly updated furnishings with full kitchen, inside laundry, two smart TV's and Wifi. Our location is ideal for a relaxing getaway at the beach with everything you need within a short walk. Step right out of your front door on to "Lawn Way", where you can relax in the sun in the open grassy space. Or, grab our beach chairs and within just a few steps you're at the beach. Two night minimum stay. We offer one parking pass that exempts you from paid parking for your stay. Once you park your car, you will likely not need to leave as most everything you need is in the Village!

This was a great rental for my stay in Capitola. It is a small cottage, so perfect for 1-2 people. The rental was very clean and tidy, the location is fantastic (just steps from the beach), communication with the property owner was easy and timely, the bed was very comfortable. The only downside to this rental is the very small shower. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental property.

Can’t beat the location!

Our family loves Capitola! The Lawn House was just as described and you can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. This would be a great spot for a couple. Highly recommend!

Sweet yellow cottage in the Village

Well appointed cottage with comfortable furniture. The difficult part was parking, but there is a very helpful permit and instructions/tips.

Loved it!!

The Cottage was perfect for a single person, such as myself, or a couple. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was so comfortable. There was even a washer and dryer. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I will be booking this Cottage the next time I come to Capitola.

Cute beach stay

The house is clean and well kept. It had everything I needed for a weekend stay. The house itself is close to so much. Stop and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, then head to the beach. It was perfect. I plan to come again soon! The other thing I loved was the communication. I appreciated being notified of the events happening that weekend.

A true retreat

We stayed at this adorable cottage for two nights. It's close to great walks and the beach. I love that owners provided beach chairs and an umbrella. It made enjoying the beach very easy and accessible. We were walking distance from many shops and restaurants. We even ran into an old friend of my husbands at the San Bar. His band was performing Monday night when we visited. An overall joy of a trip!

Great Stay.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this classic cottage. The location is perfect, close to all the things we wanted to do during our stay. Communication with our host was outstanding. We hope to come back soon.

Easy check in, location was amazing. Perfect for my husband & I. Walking distance to capitola never had to drive anywhere. Cottage super clean. We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway for two

Great location; lovely remodeled cottage. Easy access to beach, food, shopping. Has all the necessary amenities. Very easy to communicate with the host. We will definitely be back when in the area!
