Charming Capitola Beach Cottage located on Lawn Way in the heart of Capitola Village. Just steps from the Capitola Beach, restaurants, wine bars and cute shops. Our updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house sleeps 2 guests. Includes newly updated furnishings with full kitchen, inside laundry, two smart TV's and Wifi. Our location is ideal for a relaxing getaway at the beach with everything you need within a short walk. Step right out of your front door on to "Lawn Way", where you can relax in the sun in the open grassy space. Or, grab our beach chairs and within just a few steps you're at the beach. Two night minimum stay. We offer one parking pass that exempts you from paid parking for your stay. Once you park your car, you will likely not need to leave as most everything you need is in the Village!

Great Stay.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this classic cottage. The location is perfect, close to all the things we wanted to do during our stay. Communication with our host was outstanding. We hope to come back soon.

Perfect getaway for two

Great location; lovely remodeled cottage. Easy access to beach, food, shopping. Has all the necessary amenities. Very easy to communicate with the host. We will definitely be back when in the area!

Loved it!!

The Cottage was perfect for a single person, such as myself, or a couple. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bed was so comfortable. There was even a washer and dryer. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I will be booking this Cottage the next time I come to Capitola.

Wonderful Capitola Stay

Wonderful stay booked last minute for a post wedding celebration. The accommodations were perfect, very clean with thoughtful touches through out. The location was simply perfect, an ideal location central to all of Capitola. Everything was walkable within a short block or two to shops restaurants and beach. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone.

Clean and Quiet

The cottage was clean and well stocked. The location in the village couldn’t be better. We stayed on weekdays and the parking pass worked very well for us.

Cute beach stay

The house is clean and well kept. It had everything I needed for a weekend stay. The house itself is close to so much. Stop and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, then head to the beach. It was perfect. I plan to come again soon! The other thing I loved was the communication. I appreciated being notified of the events happening that weekend.

A true retreat

We stayed at this adorable cottage for two nights. It's close to great walks and the beach. I love that owners provided beach chairs and an umbrella. It made enjoying the beach very easy and accessible. We were walking distance from many shops and restaurants. We even ran into an old friend of my husbands at the San Bar. His band was performing Monday night when we visited. An overall joy of a trip!

Capitols Cottage

We stayed two nights in Capitola and we will definitely be back we loved the little cottage everything was clean and tidy. The location couldn’t be any better. Parking was difficult at the peak times but nothing unbearable. When it was busy we parked above the police station and had no problem. Thank you again for a great stay can’t wait to come back.

Location Location Location and A Great Owner Host

Everything was absolutely perfect. Clean, great location and great layout. Easy to operate televisions. At some properties there are like 4 remotes and just try to figure them out. Here, one remote and you are in. And great communication. Many thanks to our owner host.

Comfortable and Charming

Stayed in darling updated cottage right in Capitola village. Very comfortable, convenient & clean. I was fortunately able to find parking each day as parking is at a premium especially high season. Owner provided parking pass for free parking. Weather was cool/cold/rainy but the sun came out some days. Wonderful. Felt secure and safe in the cottage. Great place for my R&R.

Great Anniversary Getaway

We booked this beautiful little place for a weekend away for our wedding anniversary. We had a great time shopping in the village, roaming the beach and dining at Margaritaville and Shadowbrook. This rental’s location is great and the unit is quite cute and clean. We would love to come back for another stay. Parking is a little bit of a challenge, but the guidance provided by our host on this matter was spot on. We were able to find parking within a block and a half from the unit.
