Immediately feel welcome and relaxed in this spacious and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with high ceilings, a wall of windows and front balcony with an ocean view and overlooking the quaint village. You are 150 steps to the Beach (toes in sand!), Capitola pier, boutique shopping and more than 20 restaurants in Capitola Village. Open, airy, remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a grille and lovely, terraced yard. This is coastal living at its best. One full bathroom downstairs with a Queen sofa sleeper, and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a fullsize bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 8 people, our Seaview Condo (Listing# 1862292) is right next door and also sleeps up to 7 people so if you have a large party (more then 8 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios connect through a gate in the back fence. Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

Capitola vacation

The condo was great, very convenient location and nicely decorated. The owner went out of her way to find us a room when there was a mix up on the reservation.I highly recommend this property. It's a good price for such a great location.

Relaxing and perfect location

We stayed at this beautiful condo with our friends for 3 nights. It was easy to find with two parking spots (which is priceless in beach towns). The home was beautifully done and very spacious for 4 adults and 5 kids under 7. There is a back patio that is very private and a balcony at the front to enjoy morning coffee and people watch. The location was perfect being only a short walk to the beach or restaurants or shopping. We used our car one time when we first got there to go to Knob Hill for groceries…That was it! We had plenty to do with kids with in walking distance. The host Jennifer was amazing and quickly responded to any questions. My husband left his AirPods in the bedroom and didn’t realize until after we left. I let the host know, the cleaning staff found them and Jennifer mailed them back to us!!! A+ for sure. You must stay here if you are traveling to Capitola!!

Capitola Beach Vacation

Rented both units of this duplex for a family vacation. Had a great time! Units had everything we needed, plus they are accross the street from the beach and about a block to Capitola Village. Would definitely rent these unit again. Our host Jennifer was responsive to our needs!

Wonderful Weekend

Everything you could want or need for a relaxing weekend in Capitola. Jennifer is quick to respond with questions. The home is so comfy and beautifully appointed. Proximity to beach and town is so convenient ! Our 2nd year and I hope many more. Margaitaville restaurant drinks and food were fab!

Capitola great location!

We enjoyed the lovely condo with beach decor. Walking distance to Capitola village! Very close walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants. The owner was nice and provided the information we needed. We will stay there again. Highly recommend it! 🏖️ ❤️er.

Capitola Charm!

We absolutely LOVED our time at this charming beach condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable stay, perfect location, wonderful host and terrific communication. We have always wanted to stay in Capitola near the beach, and this did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

Our “go-to” stay in Capitola

We’ve stayed here numerous times and never disappointed. You can walk to most places in Capitola. It is always clean, comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. I even noticed some new and updated decor. The kitchen is also nicely set up it you need to do any cooking.

Lovely home & great location

This Capitola home was the perfect place to stay. Right across the street from the beach and all the charming shops. My family of 4 enjoyed this location as we were able to jump around to Santa Cruz and Monterey easily and enjoy downtown Capitola. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy meals together. My kids also loved the game closet which was nice for a family fun evening after the beach or trips out.

Great property and location

Jennifer is an excellent host and communicator. The property is centrally located, and was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our time in Capitola, and look forward to staying at her place the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend.

Capitola is so unique, quaint and beautiful. Capitola Village is a gem. You are close to everything and we love that you can just park and walk everywhere. Wonderful boutiques, restaurants, Gayle's Bakery, grocery stores and most importantly, the magnificent Capitola Beach is 150 steps away! It's so relaxing in Capitola and the weather is always perfect.

We chose this property because it was open and airy with high ceilings and a wall of windows. As you enter the condo you immediately feel relaxed. Not only do you have an ocean view, but you have all the amenities to relax on vacation. You have a wonderful patio to grill on, a lovely living room to chill in, a beautiful kitchen to cook in or and enough room to have your whole family with you. Our place sleeps 8 comfortably. Most importantly you are 150 steps from Capitola Beach! This condo is perfect for a family vacation, couples weekend, and girls or guys getaways! Everyone will love it. Once you are parked, you don't need to drive again!
