Wonderful cabin just a short distance from all the attractions of Hot Springs AR. Everything is completely up to date with all the amenities that you could possibly need. Always clean and easy to communicate with host. Would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to town but not too close.

Cabin in Royal AR.

Property was just as advertised. Very nice setting, good location, and excellent accommodations. Everything was well kept and in excellent condition. Just far enough from town to be quiet and just close enough that it was not a long trip to get to any attraction.

Our stay was perfect! Fully stocked house, everything labeled and easy to find. Loved walking down to the dock to fish. Location was awesome. Tucked away but within 20-30 minutes from everything we wanted to visit. We got to chat with the owner several times and our two boys really enjoyed visiting with him. Appreciate the hospitality, your house is beautiful and cozy!

I have stayed at many rentals and this by far is my favorite place. This place is the perfect space to relax, and take in the beauty. The house is very well equipped with high quality supplies for your stay. The house was extremely clean! The host, maintenance man and cleaning crew are absolutely amazing people. They all made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this place. If I could have given this place 10 stars I would have!

This house was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Appreciated all the labeling throughout never had to guess about anything. Enjoyed the peaceful woods and kayaking on the lake. We didn’t even mind the hike coming back to the house. This property is centrally located close enough to town, but still far enough away for privacy. The host was extremely helpful and very nice we thank you for sharing your house with us. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful

So beautiful!! Beds were amazing. So clean and stocked. Definitely recommend this place. Not too far from downtown but far enough not to be directly in town. We had an amazing time. We even spent one day at the cabin relaxing.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Just as described. I traveled with my son, his wife, and two boys. There was plenty of room for all of us. The check in process was great and the hosts/owners were the friendliest, God loving people ever. The place was so clean and put together when we walked in. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch every evening relaxing after a full day. The boys loved the walks in the woods, the firepit and the dock. The owner was there working on the grounds and the boys mentioned it was their birthday and when we got home from a day out, there was a card and little gifts for them. They were so excited and thankful that someone would do that for them. We loved our stay here and would stay again! I've stayed at many places and have to say this place ranks #1 thus far. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
