Renovated Unit on Top Floor with Gorgeous Ocean Views
A-301 is a top floor, upscale end unit that has been designed for your pleasure and comfort. This unit is ideal for couples. Completely renovated, we’re talking about replacing everything….walls, ceiling, doors, cabinets, windows, floors. We also expanded the kitchen and raised the ceilings in the kitchen and foyer to not only create more space, but also to make it feel just right. Because it is a top floor, end unit it is also much quieter than many of the other units.
This is not your typical beach condo. The owner tastefully chose the art, installed the sound system, selected the furnishings and stocked the kitchen. We don’t want you to miss anything that would add to the enjoyment of your stay!
While this is a perfect unit for a couple, it is not designed for a family. Close to the activities and amenities of Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and Mt. Pleasant and a short drive to Charleston, you’ll run out of time before you can do all you want. Grab a cocktail, our Bose Bluetooth speaker, a good book and enjoy the views of the ocean and the sunset from the Widow’s Walk. It’ll be hard to leave!
The world renowned Wild Dunes Resort has two championship 18-hole golf courses and multiple practice facilities. The Links Course clubhouse is just a good 4 iron away from B104 with a pro shop, full service bar and restaurant. Hiking, biking and running trails are all available resort recreation options.
Wild Dunes Resort has multiple dining options. Downtown Charleston and all of its attractions is just a 17- mile drive or Uber away.

Starter kit is provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.

Great location right on the beach with pool access. The screened in porch and apartment were lovely and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would definitely rent here again!

I cannot say enough about this gorgeous condo. The updates are beautiful the details exquisite. It was quiet and cozy and comfortable and amazing. The bed was very comfortable. I would reconsider the pillows, but everything else was amazing. This is not a large family condo it is for two people three at most and it was perfect for what I needed. The view was glorious. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating and communicative. I will definitely stay here again thank you so much.

Gorgeously decorated, very clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and stunning views from porch/ crows nest. I loved hearing the ocean through the screen doors. Such a beautiful place!

Beautiful Property
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very gracious. We would absolutely stay there again.

Condo had all we needed for a great stay at the beach.
Beautiful one BR condo with great amenities. Host made the check-in and stay very easy; good communicator.

Beautiful condo
We were very pleased with this beautiful home. We especially loved the screened in porch with the ocean view. Easy access to both the pool and beach made it perfect for us.

Great Place at Wild Dunes
Lovely place with great decks and comfortable furnishings. Easy walk to beach. Great nearby restaurants. Landlord is fantastic!!

A nice get-a-way
The property was very nice. The location was great for beach access and golfing. There were plenty of good food options nearby. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing location!
We had a great time! Right on a beautiful beach with amazing views from the screened in porch and roof top balcony! Short drive to Charleston and many great places to eat on the water! We will definitely be back!
