The property had been professionally treated for pests two weeks before your stay, and although our cleaning team had not encountered roaches, we had the home treated again with additional exterior prevention. We also found a stain on the top bunk bedding after checkout and, while we couldn't confirm its cause, replaced all sheets with new ones. We take these concerns seriously and have taken steps to address each one for future guests.

These items are provided as a courtesy at the owner’s discretion. We've asked our cleaning crew to leave additional trash bags, particularly for longer stays.We truly value your comments, as they help us continue to improve the guest experience.
