Location was perfect lots of places to sleep for a family. It was just two of us so we had plenty of room. We had a few hiccups when we didn’t realise there would be so many mosquitoes in that area and flies. There were also some other bugs that were bugging me. Weather was perfect. Beach was perfect.

House was decent. Beach access from one-row back was dicey. TV's, AC, appliances, water, showers and toilets worked very well. Beds were clean and comfy. Front and back porches was good for privacy and sunrises and sunsets. Small BBQ grill got super hot (700) very quickly with just two layers of charcoal.Host was accessible and responsive while out of the country on vacation. She managed some minor move-in problems and a major move-out problem effectively. Pet friendly was a plus for booking but we didn't use it.

We were disappointed in that the fenced in yard was so over grown that it wasn’t usable. Other than that it was a nice place for us to get our beach fix before summer break ends.

sorry about the fast growing grass. We will pay more attention to grass in the future expecially for guest travel with pets.

Host is great. Proximity to beach is great! A few tips for better experience: Replace old bath towelsAdd a few kitchen towelsMore basic soap and shampoo and dishwasher soapBench at table was unusable, legs very wobblyWe hit the beach at the wrong time for mosquitoes but obviously thats not in anyone’s control. Overall the family had lots of fun!

Thanks for sharing your staying experience. We got new towels, soaps, shampoos restocked, and secured the bench table legs after your departure. sorry for the inconvenience. we do have pest control company come stay the mosquitoes on monthly basis, and will add extra service if mosquitoes getting worse after rain falls.

The property was nice. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. We did have to go buy a cheap new manual can opener because neither the manual or the electric can opener worked, but that was it. Very close access to the beach. You could see the waves from the back porch. We tried out a few restaurants and bars close by overall had a good time!

sorry about the can opener, metal tools rusted quickly on beach. we got new can opener restocked after your departure.

There was room enough for all seven of us and the location was great. Comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. I guess the time of year we went May 22 through May 27, was seaweed time because there was seaweed all over the beach and it was a little stinky. But we made the best of it. We still had lots of fun!

Was overall a great stay- we would stay here again! The host was very responsive from booking to checkin. The peoperty was clean and had all ammenties described and then some. The house was in a fantastic location with the ability to walk to the beach and right around the corner from Swan Lake. Highly recommend!

The house was cozy during our winter visit. The neighborhood is nice with good folks. We enjoyed the amenities in the house. I would stay again.

Great Family Get Away

Our stay was excellent. The home is furnished with everything we needed. It was clean and a minute walk from the beach. We hope to go again soon.
