This review is both misleading and unfair\. The property has landscape lighting along the pathway and an exterior light on the house\. It is located in the country, where municipal streetlights simply do not exist\. Despite the guest’s claim that I was unresponsive, additional light bulbs were personally delivered within an hour of both her request and VRBO’s call\. When I attempted to contact her directly, she did not answer\. The cloudy water she mentioned was temporary aeration caused by the home’s high water pressure and cleared immediately\. The house also has a whole\-house water filtration system and water softener\. The guest remained at the property for the full duration of her reservation and only afterward requested a complete refund\. I declined her request because she had completed her entire stay. Our consistent history of four- and five-star reviews speaks for itself and is a far more accurate reflection of the property and the way we care for our guests.
