We loved our stay. It was conveniently located between the pools, close to the beach and the golf cart was a real hit with all of our kiddos, but especially the 20 month old. They had just about everything you’d need for cooking in. The pizza shop nearby was excellent when we didn’t feel like cooking. All of the beds were comfortable. The host was great at communicating and made it easy to check in and out. We would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at Ashley’s place in Lost Key! The townhome was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we especially appreciated that everything was clearly labeled, making it so easy to find whatever we needed. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with all the essentials and more, and the garage was full of beach gear, which made enjoying our time at the beach that much easier. The golf cart was a nice added bonus!What really sets this place apart, though, is Ashley. She is an amazing host who communicates quickly, is incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making sure her guests have the best possible experience. You can tell she puts a lot of care into her property and wants everyone to feel right at home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better host! We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to booking with Ashley again for next fall break. If you’re considering staying in Lost Key, we highly recommend Ashley’s place. You won’t be disappointed!

Best place we’ve stayed at in Perdido Key!! Our host was AMAZING, the property had everything you would need and more. We’ve stayed at numerous locations within the Lost Key Resort and this was by far the best. The location at the end of the street offers extra privacy and great views of the preserve. We would recommend this property and host to anyone looking to spend a vacation in Perdido Key.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! Ashley and Brad have made this place into the perfect home away from home. It is welcoming from the moment you walk in. They have EVERYTHING you would ever need on a vacation. The tiny details they have put into this home is what really gets you. We enjoyed dinners at the table, sitting outside on the balcony listening to the rain and riding around on the golf cart. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the best properties I have ever rented and I have rented several. The property is just as shown and everything is in excellent condition, including kitchenware. The place has lots of extras do the beach and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in this area. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful vacation

Ashley had everything we could want for our stay at the Lost Key. She really seems to care about her guests and the property was gorgeous. Plenty of space for our family of 6. We will be back! Thanks for the great stay, checking in on us, and answering any questions we had throughout the process.

This house has it all! Organized well-equipped kitchen, garage *full* of activity equipment, a golf cart!, comfortable/clean/relaxing furniture, quiet end unit, pleasant LostKey community, convenient to ocean & state park. Owners are very responsive and helpful. You can’t go wrong staying at Regal Seagull!

Wonderful Place on Perdido Key!

Wonderful property with everything you need for a great vacation stay! The place was very clean and amenities were as depicted in the photos. The owners communicated well and kept us up to date on all phases of the rental process. The golf cart was a big hit with the grand kids. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we're in Perdido Key.

One of our favorite properties!

We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one was by far the best appointed. Ashley and Brad have truly thought of everything a guest might need and this made for an absolutely wonderful stay. We enjoyed being on the end unit and the shuttle to the beach club was very convenient and fast. The pool was nice, and the bikes and golf cart were great as well. A five star trip for sure!

This is our second time to stay in a home in this community and this home was wonderfully appointed and had anything we could need. Ashley has also been an amazing and gracious host and we look forward to renting their beautiful home again in the future!

The Regal Seagull was the best property we’ve stayed at in all prior beach vacations! Ashley and Brad have gone well beyond expectations for making guests comfortable, cozy, and well equipped to relax and have fun. We loved the townhome, pool, golf cart, and beach amenities. The townhome is immaculate and extremely well appointed. Communication was proactive and very thorough. This was just what we needed to enjoy a fantastic week at the beach. And how often do you get to see bald eagles!? We certainly intend to stay here again!!

The Regal Seagull was amazing for our crew. The beach side pool and restaurant was a bonus. We even saw two bald eagles! Ashley was very responsive to our small questions and was a fabulous host. Thanks for everything.

Our 4th annual women’s trip to the Regal Seagull and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Ashley and Brad are the most kind, generous and welcoming hosts. We hope to return again in 2025.

Wonderful Vacation

Our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Home was exactly as described. It was very clean, spacious and had anything and everything we could have needed. We also loved the beach décor throughout the home. The owners were very responsive when we had questions throughout the entire process. Definitely would recommend this home to everyone!
