Great home, well appointed with everything needed to enjoy your stay at the beach. Close to beach access, walking path around holding pond, and close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Great location, right by the sandy path that leads right to the beach. Pet friendly and all logistics for booking/check-in/etc were smooth and professional. There were a few minor issues with upkeep (e.g., screen doors difficult to slide, laundry room door was busted, dishwasher tray doesn’t slide out) — all very minor inconveniences and nothing that we even bothered to report. Overall a good property and a great stay for me, my wife (2 kids, ages 9 and 13) and our golden retriever.

Perfect. Big pool with a large area to sit or lounge outside. Plenty of deck space. Large bedrooms and most have their own full baths. Laundry is conveniently on the middle floor where most of the bedrooms are. Large kitchen with huge dining table. Cold a/c on every floor. I can go on… the beach is super close and is great, but the outdoor space and pool really do a great job at keeping you there! And located very close to two supermarkets and shopping. If you need anything, you could walk there.Book it!

The place was clean. The location is great. The pool and the hot tub are great. Very short trip to the beach. You have to walk, there is no street parking. You can fit 4 cars in the driveway. Under the house there are beach chairs, a cooler, and 2 wagons you can take to the beach. There is a swing on the second floor porch that’s rotten. There are two swings under the house that are great. Some of the rooms are smaller than they appear in pictures. There is a weird hump in the floor in the kitchen that we tripped on numerous times. The TV upstairs is placed in a spot that you sometimes hit when trying to set at the table. Be sure to bring cleaning supplies, paper towels, TP, and storage containers for food. We would come back.

Thank you also for pointing out that we provide a starter supply of toilet paper (1 roll for each bathroom), paper towels, dishwash detergent, and of course a full provision of towels. We do note this in the property description but many folks don't see that. We hope you return again soon with your family. We would love to host you again for a return trip.
