Top floor, south facing condo nestled in downtown Seattle across the street from magnificent Puget Sound. Wake up to the smell of seawater, just outside your front door with easy access to Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium and miles of waterfront to explore. Views of Mt. Rainier, Puget Sound waters and Seattle skyscrapers from both living room and bed room, with private patio overlooking the ships in Elliot Bay. This condo is close to many attractions and restaurants in downtown Seattle.

Water Landing Condominium is the only waterfront residential property in Seattle Downtown and is at center of tourist attractions. This 800 square-foot beautifully decorated condo is one of a few units that offer views facing both water and city. This property offers public space that includes a fitness center, a hot tub spa, a club room, a secure parking garage and a roof top deck with breath taking views of Puget Sound waters and Olympic mountain ranges. The private space of this condo includes features below:

Living Room: open and sunny, with large windows facing south and west. Equipped with heater, fireplace and air conditioner, this living space offers comfort in both winter and summer. Sitting in comfortable chairs by the large window, you can overlook the busiest tourist scene in Seattle with views near and far.

Bedroom: decorated with modern arts with comfortable queen size bed. The south facing window offers spectacular nightly view to city skyscrapers and waterfront. Extra pullout queen size Murphy cabinet bed in the Living Room offers comfortable sleep for additional two guests.

Kitchen: modern designed, with gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, quartz countertops, designer backsplash and plenty of cookware and dishware to prepare meals for 6 people.

Bathroom: Quartz countertop with undermount sink, double shower heads. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap are provided.

Entertainment: 55” 4k UHD flat panel TV, free cable TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi are provided.

Outdoor: comfortable private patio, with small table & chairs, viewing the Water, Seattle Aquarium, The Ferris Wheel and Piers.

Laundry room: Full size front loading Washer & Dryer. Iron board and Vacuum Cleaner are stored in Laundry room.

Parking: one private parking space in the secure garage below the building is included in your rent.

Note on terms of the lease:

Water Landing Condominium HOA requires that each tenant has a rental lease and tenant background check on file. The background check is provided free of charge to tenant. The terms of lease are as follows:

1. Term: The term of this lease shall begin on the arrival date of: MM/DD/YYYY and end on the departure date of MM/DD/YYYY. The property, henceforth referred to as “Premises,” will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 4:00pm PST on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 12:00pm PST on the departure date.

2. Location: The Seattle Waterfront Premises are located at 1900 Alaskan Way #xxx, Seattle, WA 98101.

3. Limited Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to a maximum 4 persons. The available beds are as follows: (1) Queue size bed in bed room (1) Queen size Murphy like bed in living room.

4. Security Deposit: $500 security deposit has been held by VBRO/HomeAway at the time of reservation. Provided that there is no damage to the Premises then there will not be a security deposit charge after departure of lessee. Should any damage occur during guest stay, host will file claims to security deposit through VBRO/HomeAway and guest is liable to damage that is determined to be caused by the guest.

5. Non-Disturbance Clause: Lessee, and guests of Lessee, shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the Premises for any unlawful purposes.

6. Care of Premises: Lessee will maintain the Premises in good order and appearance, to include keeping the Premises free of trash.

7. Access to Premises: Lessee may not let, sublet or assign this lease for all, or any part of, the Premises without prior consent of the Lessor.

8. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 car in space F-15 located in the underground parking garage. The Lessee’s car must be insured and the vehicle make, model and license plate number must be registered with Lessor/Front Desk prior to check in. Please note, when in and out of garage, all tenants must wait for the garage door behind them to fully close before driving away. HOA is strictly enforcing this security policy and the Lessor will be fined $200 for all violations by the Lessee. The $200 fine, if occurred due to Lessee’s fault, will be deducted from the security deposit.

9. Checking In and Out: Check-In is at 4:00pm PST and Check-out is at 12:00pm PST.

10. Occupancy: Lessee must be at least 25 years of age, and be present during the entire term of the lease. Occupancy is restricted to the number of occupants as stated on the front of this lease. Use and occupancy of the Premises by Lessee and any/all guests is subject to limitations detailed in the Waterfront Landings Rules & Regulations at all times. A physical copy of said rules will be given to each Lessee.

11. Clubhouse, Rooftop Deck, Fitness Area and Spa Area: Clubhouse, Rooftop Deck, Fitness and Spa areas are privileges available to the homeowners/Lessee. Lessee should respect and maintain cleanliness to all common areas.

This agreement constitutes a contract between the tenant and the owner of the subject property, through Seadek Villa LLC, the owner. Upon signed receipt of this agreement, it is understood that the above referenced unit (with the specified dates and rates) will be rented as a vacation rental to the tenant, under the terms and conditions of this contract. Lessor and Lessee, by signing this lease, agree that they will comply with the terms of this lease and each assume the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein

Iconic Seattle experience! The view and walkability of this place cannot be beat - truly as good (or better) than described! From morning coffee at historic Pike Place Market to waterfront dinners to legendary tourist experiences (The Big Wheel, Aquarium, sailboat tour, Ivar's, etc), everything is walkable! We even walked to the Space Needle/Chihuly Gardens on a gorgeous sunny day. Easy Uber to other neighborhoods. Easy-peasy check-in, great communication, clean and well-kept space, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed with waterfront view that can't be beat. We had a wonderful stay and miss it already. Thank you!

Great stay!

This property was beautiful with the best location! The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked and the bed was super comfy. It was so nice having a balcony overlooking the water. A spot in the parking garage was a life saver. The location could not have been better!

Perfect Location

The property was a perfect location for a little Seattle weekend get-a-way. Could use a bigger couch and an improve lighting situation in the rooms, but overall, it was excellent. Clean, convenient, safe and a great location, thank you!

Wow! What a view!

Best view in Seattle! Fantastic rental, attentive owner, well stocked, comfortable. Not one issue during our stay. The included parking definitely took care one of the worst anxieties about being in that area. Close to most everything we wanted to go to. Definitely will rent again!

Can’t Beat the Location

We stayed here for 10 days in October. Firstly, the location is just awesome. Right on the waterfront close to everything. They built a new waterfront area including an addition to the Aquarium right next door. The six plus storeys of stairs to get to Pikes Place and the rest of the city are a little daunting, but we found the elevators so that made it much easier. The condo itself was clean and well appointed. We only had two complaints. One, the bed was like sleeping on a wooden board with pebbles tossed in. I understand that some people like a firm or even extra firm mattress, but for a rental you are always better off to go with something a little softer. Secondly, the TV channel selection was terrible. You only got 20 channels and most of them were showing old black and white shows, community TV, or reruns. There was only 2 first run channels and if you aren’t a fan of FOX TV then you were really out of luck. You may not think this is important, but it is what we like to do in the evenings to relax. I had to use my Netflix account to keep us amused. Overall, it was a great stay. Not sure I would stay again until the bed situation was improved because poor sleep for an extended number of days makes for an exhausting trip.

Perfect location

Aquarium next door. Lime bikes made entire Waterfront our playground. Pikes Market a few stairsteps away. Recommend Argosy loch tour highly. Ivars lives up to hype.

Really enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The property was wonderful and had everything we needed. Very clean. Location is fantastic! Close walking distance to everything downtown. Host was fantastic! Easy check in process.

Stunning Views

The balcony views were spectacular and walking distance location to waterfront, Pike Market, downtown, Space Needle, and sports stadiums. Utilized the Link Rail to and from the airport and very easy to maneuver.The condo was well furnished and, although we didn't cook, it had all the amenities we could have needed. Plenty of towels, paper goods, wine glasses, etc. The bathroom was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The waterfront construction was wrapping up and looks great - just minor noise on weekday mornings but that's city life. Would definitely stay again if arranging another Seattle trip.

Beautiful View

The View speaks for itself. There are a lot of reviews about the construction but they are nearly done (2 wks) with the Seattle Aquarium expansion across the street and it wasn't a problem at all. You couldn't hear anything from inside the unit. The condo could definitely use some TLC, touch ed up paint

Perfect location and beautiful view

We spent 3 nights at this condo and loved the ocean views from the balcony and smelling the ocean air. The condo is across the street from the boardwalk along the water, a very short walk to Pike Place market and about a 30 min walk to the football and baseball stadiums. The location is perfect for a weekend getaway. Our stay was a Friday - Monday and we did not encounter any of the construction noise that I read in other reviews. It appears as though the majority of it is complete. There is street noise from traffic and pedestrians however with the windows closed we didn’t hear anything at night. NJ is a lovely host who was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great Views But Property is Subpar

I have worked in the hotel/lodging business for 20+ years and was shocked at the response from the owner when requesting them to fix the fireplace that did not work. One of the main reasons for booking this property was the view and the fireplace (it was raining the weekend of our stay and we wanted the fireplace). We arrived on Friday and notified the owner that the fireplace wasn’t working and please send out someone to fix it. The reply I received was “I am out of town, sorry for the subpar experience”. It would have been nice for a reply such as “Sorry, how can I make this better for you”. There was no offer of any kind to make up for loss of an important advertised amenity. Pro: Cleaning lady was kind and did a great job cleaning the property. The view is fantastic. Washer/Dryer is unit was a plus. Con: Both beds were extremely uncomfortable and the furniture serves as decor, not for comfort. Advertised amenity not working. Lack of care from the owner. Will definitely be back to Seattle because it’s a fantastic place but will stay elsewhere.

Fantastic Seattle Stay!

We cannot say enough great things about this rental. Excellent location in walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium, and even Pioneer Square. Beautiful, well-maintained apartment. Check-in was smooth, with my only complaint being with Google Maps due to the construction, which isn't the fault of the property-owner. Would stay there again and highly recommend!

Unfortunate

It was a little tough actually getting there, as there is massive construction and the main road is closed. But we figured it out and got the keys, found our parking spot in the garage, and made our way up. When we opened the door to the unit, we walked into a solid wall of urine smell. I can’t express how strong it was. Fortunately, there are lots of windows and it was very cool outside. With the windows open and the ceiling fan on high, it was much better. Unfortunately, there is a massive construction project right next door and the noise is real. The normal noise during the day is annoying, but it rises to a whole new level at night with some industrial vacuum equipment that runs ALL night. You have to close the windows to sleep (you’ll still hear it but at least it’s better). And when the windows are closed, the urine smell builds up. It’s a constant balance of opening the windows until you can’t stand the noise, closing them until you can’t stand the smell, and opening them again. We left a day early. The location is great, they have all the basic necessities and amenities, and the construction is certainly not the owner’s fault. But something really needs to be done with the carpet, or wherever that smell is coming from.

Fabulous condo for an amazing stay

My stay was a dream - the condo was exactly as pictured and the location was terrific. The property manager answered all my questions very quickly. The view was as described and wonderful of the city skyline, as well as Elliott Bay. The top of the mountain even peeked out for a few days. It was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the condo, the construction noise not noticeable. The Lenora escalator was at the far end of the condo complex, so Pike Place Market was an easy 15 minute walk away. When I did use Uber/Lyft I had them pick me up at Alaskan Way and Lenora, so had no trouble with directions. They were always there in 1-2 minutes. Pier 62 is just across the street with tranquil views and games, and the waterfront has much to offer. I'm definitely planning to visit again!
