Location! Location! Location! Our home is close to all the amenities, walking distance to Granville island, South Granville shops, 4th avenue, and Kitsilano beach. Coffee shops and grocery stores within two blocks on the property.

The property is in a busy city, but you feel like you’re tucked away in a beautiful garden. Everything is thought of to last-minute details and very, very neat and tidy the hostess was amazing and kind. I will definitely be back.!

Great location and home! Many restaurants and shops nearby. The beach and sea wall walk was within walking distance. The patio and garden were lovely. The furnishings and bathroom perfect for us. Theresa was very easy to work with and she let us check-in early. She was available if we had any questions.

Theresa's property was lovely, very spacious. We had an issue with the fridge/freezer breaking down which was very unfortuate, however Theresa did everything possible to ensure that we had some refrigeration for our stay. Theresa was very quick to respond to questions that i had, I would highly recommend staying.

This house is fantastic! You cannot beat the location. Next to shops and restaurants but quiet and tranquil. The house itself has a chef’s kitchen and the best bedding I’ve ever slept in- as a matter of fact, we reached out to the host to find out where to purchase them…. She does not skimp on the luxuries!!! The house is true Craftsman old Vancouver- oodles of charm, great art, tons of books and a spectacular back deck for reading and relaxing. You can walk everywhere from this place- Granville, Kitsilano beach and next to the most exclusive residential area in Vancouver. We can’t wait to go back. Theresa is very accommodating and super responsive and our dog was welcomed with open arms!!

The house is comfortably furnished and there was nothing we were lacking. The location is ideal for walking to just about everywhere we wanted to go. We took an Uber to Canada place for less than 15CDN. The host could not be anymore responsive and helpful. She made our arrival, stay, and departure so easy.We hope we have the opportunity some time in the future to stay there again

Theresa’s place was great! Nice quiet residential area but 5 minutes away from shops, restaurants and the beach. It was the perfect spot to explore Vancouver and beyond. And the perfect spot to come back to after a day/night of activities. Comfortable and plenty of room for my daughter & I and having the off street parking was very convenient. We’re already making plans to come back!

The accommodation was a health and safety issue. The smoke Alam was disconnected, carbon monoxide monitor was non functional and stored in a closet. The gas oven leaked gas which filled the house with fumes and the windows were difficult to open because they were old. The dishwasher didn’t work. The shower also didn’t work and there was a bees nest at the back door …… to mention a few of the issues.The owner was non responsive on many occasions and did not address our issues in a timely manner.

Theresa was very helpful and prompt in responding to questions. Property has great light, a great back deck, an excellent location for where I was going (kitsilano, Granville market). Property layout is unusual but very usable. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Theresa's home was lovely and homey, we greatly enjoyed our stay! The neighbourhood is great, and she was able to accommodate flexible check in/out times based on our flight times. Would stay again!
