Condo was perfectly located and the view is breathtaking. Price was amazing for location. Owners were extremely attentive and extremely quick to respond to any issues. Would recommend the condo, owners, and location for an OBX getaway.

Great location, extremely clean and comfortable. The check-in process was very easy, and the check-out instructions were very minimal and straightforward. Would not only stay there again, but I'd also recommend it to others!

Very disappointed in the rental company, Village Realty. We noticed that the fitted mattress sheet was dirty upon arrival so I notified the rental company soon after we checked in. They said they would send us a clean sheet but it never happened so we slept on a dirty sheet all week.

I sincerely apologize that the sheet was not delivered as requested For future reference there is laundry services available at the property. Regarding your request for a refund, we have reviewed the circumstances and are unable to offer a refund for your stay. While we regret that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, we must make refund decisions based on the circumstances of the reservation and the services provided. Your request " As for resolution, a refund of one days rental cost is appropriate" will not be provided. As a resolution the reply was made "I can offer you a complimentary late checkout at 12pm to which you replied "you’re only offering a 2 hour checkout extension. I will decline your offer and make note of your company’s poor service in my review" again i sincerely apologize for the incident. Village Realty

An amazing apartment. We go to the Outer Banks regularly and this will be our new favorite place to rent. Bright airy decor, comfortable bed, lots of supplies and great location.

Property was clean and comfortable. I was unable to access the portal to get the code for the door lock but was able to call and get it.

Almost everything about our stay was excellent. It was close to the beach, easy to check in, had all the amenities in working condition, and was very comfortable and homely. It would be easy to fit more people than 2 if we needed. The pool was unfortunately closed for the season, which was not advertised, but there's nothing that could have been done about that.

Screen door is off track, does not lock and is torn by the handle to the bottom of the door
