We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable condo! The view was amazing and we loved being able to walk wherever we wanted to go!

Very clean condo and views were wonderful. Kitchen very well equipped with all you need. Entire condo was very updated and looked like new. Deck could use some attention.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It has an incredible view of the ocean, easy beach access, and is very close to downtown Duck and the boardwalk. It was clean, modern, and cute. Checkout and cleaning instructions were quick and easy. The only thing I had an issue with was that there were no linens or bathroom products provided besides toilet paper. I was told by the host after I booked that we were expected to bring our own king sheets, pillow cases and towels. They do provide pillows and blankets but we ended up having to buy sheets since we don't have a king bed at home. There were also no shower or beach towels, no hand towels, and no bath mats. They provided toilet paper and one packet of powder dish detergent but no hand soap. I asked the host about the hand soap but did not get a reply, so we had to buy our own once there. Over all it was a great stay but I think at this price point sheets and soap should be provided.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful condo -just right for us both. View was incredible and beach access very convenient. Would definately stay again -maybe earlier in the year so it’s warmer out!

Anniversary/Birthday weekend getaway.

Perfect ocean view! Absolutely great location! Condo was spotless and as pictured. Rick was a pleasure to communicate with and answered any questions right away. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect stay!

Rick’s condo was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy our first trip to the northern Outer Banks. It is beautifully renovated and on the top floor of the building giving amazing ocean views! The Duck town beach accessible from the condo was wide and lovely. Keyless entry and the condo amenities were easy and as advertised. We had a minor issue with locating the beach equipment that Rick resolved in minutes. Would stay again!

Great short stay

All was as expected. Only small surprise: a couple of the electrical outlets had apparently been closed off in the bathroom, which may have been for safety reasons. Bed was comfortable, HVAC worked, and we had a good time!

Listing implied there was a washer/dryer and grill in the actual unit. They were only for the entire complex and not clean. Also, the unit was more basic than listing indicated. However check-in was easy and kitchen facilities were fine. The host was responsive to messages/texts when we sent him those prior to check-in. Nice view from deck.

Barry, if you could send a screenshot of where it says washer and dryer and grills are you in the unit. I would like to see it because I can’t find it. It says washer and dryer is on the property. Grills are outside for cooking and cookouts. In regards to the unit being basic, I would professionally disagree with you. This is a nicer beach unit with upgraded furnishings. It may not meet your standards, but it is way more than basic for most.

Owner is very responsive, check-in is easy. The unit is fine, view is great, HVAC and bed were both comfortable. Deck and views are great. 3rd Floor stairs-only access should be highlighted. Got very tired of going up and down those steps, and hauling everything. Pool was nice but not heated and was cold (1st week Sept). Flooring is listed as new, but had large crack right inside front door that you walk over all the time. Felt "spongy" and may be splinter hazard. Water pressure in showers was non-existent. WiFi was sketchy

Floor is new and the crack is getting addressed. I will have the water pressure checked , but this complaint is a first. WIFI has always worked good, not great. Wifi has also been upgraded in the last year.

Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful views. Easy walk to the beach. Very nice pool. Our host was helpful, fast to communicate and very accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone.
