Relax, Enjoy and soak up the natural beauty of the North Shore of Kauai. This is a great place to create wonderful, unforgettable memories of your honeymoon, family vacation or that special getaway.

Pali Ke Kua 1 is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly renovated condo with a relaxing lanai off the living room. After a long day exploring the island come relax on the Lanai with a refreshing beverage or Enjoy some family time in the living room. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an open floor plan that is very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. Check out the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to complete your culinary creations. When you choose to dine out, there are many restaurants in this area to tempt you with a nice variety of cuisine, from familiar favorites to tasty delicacies and, of course, fresh seafood. There is also an on-site restaurant that you can enjoy.

The Master bedroom is an upstairs loft and has a Cal King bed and private bathroom with a custom shower. The second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. The condo has ceiling fans throughout and has portable air conditioners in the dining room and second bedroom only. The condo is well equipped with a washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs and beach towels.

Amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub that is surrounded by lovely tropical plants. Walk or drive to the Princeville Shopping Center where you will find all the comforts of home, including a market with a pharmacy, post office, shops, restaurants, etc.

Activities nearby include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, sightseeing, shopping, tennis and golf.

basic condo stay

Nice pool. Close to golf, disc golf and market. Super cool private beach access (very steep terrain but paved). Has stairs to up to front door; inside stairs to loft (king bed) and stairs down to living room/kitchen/bedroom (2 queens). Shared wall with residents who have active young children. Downstairs bedroom has a musty smell. Portable AC units don’t do much with open beam ceilings but the November island breeze kept us cool enough. Well equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms.

The kitchen was stocked with small appliances and cookware/storage items to make cooking and meal prep a breeze. The AC worked well, and although the loft bedroom stays naturally a bit warmer due to layout it was still fine. We enjoyed the convenience of having a plethora of board games, books, and beach gear. Just overall a simple and easy stay.

This was a great family rental- full kitchen we could cook in with all the details thought of, and laundry in unit was great. Also had chairs and such for the beach. The owners thought of everything!

Nice, clean, great location

Great vacation stay. Condo in large condo community. Very comfortable. My only complaint is I think they claimed an ocean view and it’s a sliver of a view only from a certain spot in the kitchen. Nice gardens, lovely private beach on the property. Hassle- free management. Quiet other than birds which we enjoyed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the unit for our daughter’s family while they visited us at Pali Ke Kua.Plane cancellations caused them to arrive 2 days late. The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities. The furnishings were quite nice. The only drawback is that the unit is one half of a duplex and the adjacent unit is apparently occupied by a long term renter family with a child and very active and loud late night activities. Smoking was evident from the adjacent unit’s lanai/patio. We would recommend this property with some disclaimers

Nice condo/quiet area!

We had a good time at Pali Ke Kua . Beaches and attractions were close by. The condo was well equipped and the beach chairs and boogie boards were appreciated!

Not as pictured on the listing. Different layout. It was still good though. Hot tub was important to us and it was broken all of our stay. Location was great if you don’t need the city life. Absolutely beautiful area.

Great price, lication, and size

This condo came equipped with everything we needed from dishware to towels to beach accessories and more. Perfectly located in Princevill with a short drive to Hanalei. The paved pathway to Hideaway Beach was just a short walk and easily accessible. The views from this beach are incredible! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well which is just across the street from the condo. Large screen TV with alit of channels made for comfy evening relaxation. We had one issue with the key card to the swimming pool not working but the Property manager replaced the card almost immediately. We would stay here again!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Norden von Kauai

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus: sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage. Es gab zwei Nachteile: Sehr hellhörig (Doppelhaushälfte) und die Terrasse ist eher klein.

Spacious layout, great beds, nice showers, well-equipped kitchen, electric BBQ, laundry, beach chairs, umbrella, and ample beach towels. Hose on lanai was perfect to rinse off gear after beach days. Quiet safe location and convenient to Hanalei side. Quick walk down to Hideaways Beach and easy drive to Queens Bath trail. Amazing sunsets overlooking Hanalei Bay. Convenient to Princeville shops for souvenirs and grocery shopping. Warm meals around the dining table after full days of exploring the island. Lots of space at the Pali Ke Kua 1

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and were very comfortable. The condo was well situated - we walked to two different beaches right from the condo. Not too far away, we hiked along the Na Pali trail and enjoyed going to Hanalei for dinner and a boat outing. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. It would have been nice if it had a few ingredients, such as olive oil or a spice or two. One recommendation I have for the owner is to upgrade the couch.

It was clean, well appointed and homey. Location is possibly the best on all of Kauai. From this condo you can walk to a private entrance to hideaways beach, a short and beautiful walk down to the spectacular beach in front of the Princeville Hotel. Also access to a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. All of the best that Princeville has to offer and Hanalei just a few minutes drive away. We met a woman on Island who had sold her property to a tech billionaire. She decided to move to a condo for simplicity and could have afforded to move to any condo on the entire island of Kauai. She chose Pali Ke Kua to call her home. It’s that great of a location - really! Don’t hesitate, book it right away. We’ll be back!
