Located in downtown Saugatuck- walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. Walk across the street to the river or take the chain fairy to Oval beach-top 5 most beautiful in the world. Head to Felt Mansion and the state park to hike on huge sand dunes that lead to the most beautiful beaches on lake Michigan with breath taking sunsets.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! The place was very clean and comfortable! It was well stocked with everything we could have needed! We loved how we could walk to so many things downtown. The check in process was so easy! We would love to come back again!

Very clean property with everything you need to accommodate a trip to Oval Beach. A short walk to The Southerner and a 10 min walk to everything else.

It is a clean, modernized and well kept flat with a dedicated entrance. Close to downtown and other destinations. Dawn the host was very helpful and provided great information. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Lily Pad. It’s the perfect location, the lay-out and design is really nice, very clean and we loved the balcony. We would stay here again! Great host too, thanks Dawn!

Super clean. Well located. Check-in was very simple, with plenty of advance communication to make everything seamless. Exactly what we expected and what we were looking for. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this property.

The Lily pad cottage was just like the pictures and description, it was walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. Easy parking. The best part the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved that it was fully stocked with everything you need. Hope to be back soon.

This was our first time to Saugatuck and my wife and I enjoyed the experience; the apartment was perfect for the two of us. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to downtown which was great for walking to the restaurants and shopping. Thank you Dawn, I would recommend this property to anyone who asks for a private comfortable experience.

Easy to get to and such a short trip to everything in town. The whole place was so clean and had been updated. Kitchen had modern appliances and everything else you could need to cook. Lovely couple that owns the place! Check out process was so easy for a stress free morning.
