Welcome to the Carriage House!

This recently remodeled mid-century studio guest house is located a short, under 10-minute walk from downtown Saugatuck's shops, galleries, restaurants, marina and more.

INSIDE THE HOME
A great space for a romantic weekend or a quiet getaway, it features a king size bed, a sitting area, a designated workspace with an optional standing desk and a lovely kitchenette with an eating area for light cooking for a night when you prefer to stay in. Don't miss out on this charming space for your next vacation.

This is a studio space above the garage, which requires taking the stairs. The main house is occupied by owners and not for guest use.

THE LOCATION
The location could not get much better. Located off a quiet street in Saugatuck, while being a 5 minute walk from downtown. You are only 15 minutes from Holland and 20 minutes from South Haven.

We had a wonderful stay here! The space was charming, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to downtown but still quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

The Carriage house is modern, comfortable, clean well furnished with lots of thoughtful touches. Plenty of towels. Comfortable king size mattress. Be aware there is a security service the owners use that stores your data. I was able to negotiate with the owner regarding my privacy concerns.

This charming little carriage house is as cute and comfortable as it looks in the pictures! Perfect size for just the two of us and great location with downtown within walking distance. It was clean and the king size bed very comfortable. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Great spot for small family

Our family of 3 stayed over Labor Day weekend. The space was great and the location was perfect, it’s an easy 10 minute walk to downtown saugatuck.

First time in Saugatuck with my girlfriend. Carriage house was perfect, cozy, and in a great location. Just a couple minutes walk from everything downtown.

Fantastic location for a vacation! The Carriage House was perfect for the 2 adult guests during my stay. There was a futon that could sleep more. Less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck which was perfect, because parking looked to be chaos downtown.
