Stylish Vacation Condo in Estes Park

Registration Number #6133; Recently built, 850 square foot stylish condominium with an open plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom located in downtown Estes Park. Great place for your family vacation! Located just steps away from the Rocky Mountain National Park, the place provides a perfect combination of hiking and biking coupled with a magical town that offers shopping, restaurants, brewery and art galleries.

Relax and enjoy a marvelous mountain view from the spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The kitchen is well equipped with granite tiled counters and all new appliances. The luxury bathroom is modernly equipped with ceramic tile shower and a glass sink. In addition to the 1 bedroom there is a full-size sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 people.

The condo can serve guests year-round. Summers in this area have been popular with tourists interested in hiking, mountain biking, rafting or horseback riding in the RMNP or simply shopping. Fall attracts visitors who come to area for the Scottish Festival or to view the beautiful changing of the aspen tree leaves. Winter offers cross-country skiing, ice-rock climbing or snowshoeing in the back country. Many art fairs as well as 4th of July fireworks party made the town a favorite destination for any season of the year.

It was so clean! The location was great because it was within walking distance of where we were going. My family was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Easy check-in and check-out process. We got exactly what was described.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Updated, clean, and walking distance to anything we wanted to eat or shop for in Estes Park. We had three (couple in the bed, and daughter on the fold-down sofa) and it worked great. Price was great too. We'll keep this one in mind for future visits to the mountains!

Condo located right in town was very convenient to all the local shops and restaurants. The river behind the property was beautiful. We enjoyed being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was very nice and attentive. We also enjoyed biking, touring the Stanley Hotel, and the tram ride at the far end of town. I would stay here again, if I get the chance.

I have been exhibiting in the May and September art shows in Bond Park since 2009 and this condo was absolutely the most convent one found. All we had to do was load the hand truck and cross the street to our temporary home. We saved on fuel not having to commute to an outlying cabin as we have done in the past. Jean got to sleep in late not having to leave with me in the morning to do preshow work. We will be reserving this condo for the 2027 art shows. It is a super nice place.

This is our second time we have stayed in this particular unit. With its amenities and location it’s exactly where we wanted to be. There was enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably, and enough room to feel we weren’t jam packed like in a hotel room. And while Estes Park is busy, there is plenty of Parking in the parking lot across the street (with provided parking pass). The dining table, with its view over the main drag, is perfect for dinners or the occasional card game. And with its kitchen, we were able to make dinners instead of feeling like we had to go out for every meal. The unit is clean and quiet. The owner is friendly and easy to contact. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Very good location downtown. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Parking is across the road but still close. Very safe area. The condo is very clean and has everything you need to cook. The bed was very cozy. The futon was not comfortable though. Our hosts were extremely helpful and got back to us quickly with any concerns.

Great place right off the main street in town

Great location that is in easy walking distance to the main street in Estes Park. Check in was easy and parking was convenient (once you figured out where it is).

The condo was conveniently located downtown within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Visitor's Center where there were free busses. The free parking across the street was a great bonus!

Great location!

This place was wonderful! Clean and the location is awesome! So easy to walk to all the places and then so peaceful to just sit by the river and enjoy an Americano from Kind coffee! We will book again when visiting Estes Park.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and centrally located condo. We had everything we needed for a short get-away and enjoyed a couple of days of hiking in RMNP. We love being able to walk to the shops and restaurants in the afternoon/evening. Would definitely stay again!
