Stylish Vacation Condo in Estes Park

Registration Number #6133; Recently built, 850 square foot stylish condominium with an open plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom located in downtown Estes Park. Great place for your family vacation! Located just steps away from the Rocky Mountain National Park, the place provides a perfect combination of hiking, biking coupled with a quaint town that offers shopping, restaurants, brewery and art galleries.

Relax and enjoy a marvelous mountain view from the spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The kitchen is well equipped with granite tiled counters and all new appliances. The luxury bathroom is modernly equipped with ceramic tile shower and a glass sink. In addition to the 1 bedroom there is a full size sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 people.

The condo can serve guests year-round. Summers in this area have been popular with tourists interested in hiking, mountain biking, rafting or horseback riding in the RMNP or simply shopping. Fall attracts visitors who come to area for the Scottish Festival or to view the beautiful changing of the aspen tree leaves. Winter offers cross-country skiing, ice-rock climbing or snowshoeing in the back country. Many art fairs as well as 4th of July fireworks party made the town a favorite destination for any season of the year.

The condo was conveniently located downtown within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Visitor's Center where there were free busses. The free parking across the street was a great bonus!

Perfect base camp for climbing days

Nice to head out climbing and then come back to a quiet condo for rest and recuperation. And right above a boba shop and candy shop too. Easy communication with host.

Fantastic Location!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was very clean and the location was fantastic. The only days we had to drive were when we went golfing. We were a short walk to everywhere else. Highly recommend.

Great location to walk to everything in downtown Estes Park. Unit was very clean. July is a warm month, but we were out hiking most of the day. There was many fans available and a whole unit exhaust system to draw in cool air at night. Exhaust system was a bit noisy , but cooled well. There was also a portable AC system available, but we didn't use. On a busy street, but street noise wasn't a problem if windows were closed. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Nice location and cute property.

A four star stay. Great location and parking was available across the street. Super close to all the Estes Park stores, restaurants, river walk and to RMNP. Just a few minor tweaks would have made it a five star stay.

Great location!

This place was wonderful! Clean and the location is awesome! So easy to walk to all the places and then so peaceful to just sit by the river and enjoy an Americano from Kind coffee! We will book again when visiting Estes Park.

Great place right off the main street in town

Great location that is in easy walking distance to the main street in Estes Park. Check in was easy and parking was convenient (once you figured out where it is).

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and centrally located condo. We had everything we needed for a short get-away and enjoyed a couple of days of hiking in RMNP. We love being able to walk to the shops and restaurants in the afternoon/evening. Would definitely stay again!

In town close to everything

Great central location for Estes Park. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo is clean, cute, convenient, and includes everything you need for a great trip. Opening the windows at night was great to get cool mountain air. Communication was great and we would love to stay again soon!

Wonderful stay

you cannot ask for a better location, you can walk almost to any place you want to go to. The shops and restaurants are so close and everyone was friendly. Driving distance to the park was easy and we enjoyed everything about this place. Very friendly hosts, responded to any requests promptly

Great location. Little noisy.

Overall my family enjoyed our stay. Pros: great location, clean, accommodations and owners were nice. Cons: very noisy at night with all the people walking by, no A/C, and no laundry.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Estes Park! The condo location could not have been more perfect. It was our first time visiting the area and didn't realize how difficult parking/traffic can be around the village center, so we were so grateful to have reserved (free!) parking and the ability to walk just about everywhere. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for a long weekend stay. Thank you!

Hike, hike, hike..... ice cream

We were there for 6 days, all to hike at RMNP, over 50 miles. The apartment was for crashing at night, fixing supper, relaxing and going to bed to start all over again. It served every need we had. Had issue with router, but the owners were extremely prompt on correcting for us. We would stay there again. DQ is only 2 blocks away too....
