Stylish Vacation Condo in Estes Park

Registration Number #6133; Recently built, 850 square foot stylish condominium with an open plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom located in downtown Estes Park. Great place for your family vacation! Located just steps away from the Rocky Mountain National Park, the place provides a perfect combination of hiking, biking coupled with a quaint town that offers shopping, restaurants, brewery and art galleries.

Relax and enjoy a marvelous mountain view from the spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The kitchen is well equipped with granite tiled counters and all new appliances. The luxury bathroom is modernly equipped with ceramic tile shower and a glass sink. In addition to the 1 bedroom there is a full size sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 people.

The condo can serve guests year-round. Summers in this area have been popular with tourists interested in hiking, mountain biking, rafting or horseback riding in the RMNP or simply shopping. Fall attracts visitors who come to area for the Scottish Festival or to view the beautiful changing of the aspen tree leaves. Winter offers cross-country skiing, ice-rock climbing or snowshoeing in the back country. Many art fairs as well as 4th of July fireworks party made the town a favorite destination for any season of the year.

Nice location and cute property.

A four star stay. Great location and parking was available across the street. Super close to all the Estes Park stores, restaurants, river walk and to RMNP. Just a few minor tweaks would have made it a five star stay.

Stay at Estes Park

Cute condo in downtown area right by the shops and restaurants. Super clean and easy check in and out process. Highly recommend and would stay again while visiting RMNP.

Great location!

This place was wonderful! Clean and the location is awesome! So easy to walk to all the places and then so peaceful to just sit by the river and enjoy an Americano from Kind coffee! We will book again when visiting Estes Park.

Great place right off the main street in town

Great location that is in easy walking distance to the main street in Estes Park. Check in was easy and parking was convenient (once you figured out where it is).

Location!

Easy to access spot right in heart of Estes park. Minutes to anything needed, including RMNP. Would stay here again if returning to the area

In town close to everything

Great central location for Estes Park. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo is clean, cute, convenient, and includes everything you need for a great trip. Opening the windows at night was great to get cool mountain air. Communication was great and we would love to stay again soon!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and centrally located condo. We had everything we needed for a short get-away and enjoyed a couple of days of hiking in RMNP. We love being able to walk to the shops and restaurants in the afternoon/evening. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

you cannot ask for a better location, you can walk almost to any place you want to go to. The shops and restaurants are so close and everyone was friendly. Driving distance to the park was easy and we enjoyed everything about this place. Very friendly hosts, responded to any requests promptly

Great location. Little noisy.

Overall my family enjoyed our stay. Pros: great location, clean, accommodations and owners were nice. Cons: very noisy at night with all the people walking by, no A/C, and no laundry.

Hike, hike, hike..... ice cream

We were there for 6 days, all to hike at RMNP, over 50 miles. The apartment was for crashing at night, fixing supper, relaxing and going to bed to start all over again. It served every need we had. Had issue with router, but the owners were extremely prompt on correcting for us. We would stay there again. DQ is only 2 blocks away too....

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Estes Park! The condo location could not have been more perfect. It was our first time visiting the area and didn't realize how difficult parking/traffic can be around the village center, so we were so grateful to have reserved (free!) parking and the ability to walk just about everywhere. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for a long weekend stay. Thank you!

RMNP VACA

My brother and I came to Estes for a week to do some hiking. The location of this place was perfect. It’s within walking distance to anything you need. One of us stayed in the couch and there was plenty of sheets and blankets for it. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before going out for the day.

Apartment was great. Clean. Full kitchen. In the middle of everything in Estes Park. Coffee shop downstairs. Plenty of food options to choose from. The parking pass was a great addition.

Great Place Downtown

My daughter and I have stayed at this Condo several times now. It has a great kitchen and separate bedroom with a very large closet. The location is perfect for spending time in downtown Estes. The river is right in back of the condo and shops are downstair but it is quiet in the condo. The owners are very responsive and we have always enjoyed our stay.

Good confortable apartment

The apartment was clean and well appointed, except for the lack of a washer dryer. It had no AC but we were never unconfortable. The location is great, right on the main street, with a Safeway a block away. There is a nice riverwalk behind the building.

Watch out for the Elk!

This place is a great. Right in downtown Estes Park on Elkhorn Dr. Within walking distance are 2 coffee shops, 4+ restaurants/bars and several nice shops. Highly recommended this place. When we were leaving on Friday, walked out the front door and was met by a very big bull elk just wandering down the sidewalk. Didn't seem to mind us. The condo is right next to a stream that goes through the city. Most of the shops have a front and back door so you can go out and sit by the river.

Elkhorn Condo Estes Park

It was a lovely condo. Even better in person than the photos. It was very clean, well stocked with needed items. Very nicely decorated. Great location! Very walkable to all of Estes Park. And easy access to Rocky Mountain national Park. The parking was a bit of a challenge. It was in a public lot across the street. No reserved parking spot. Town was very busy during my stay and several times I had to drive around and wait a bit to get a spot. That was a bit frustrating. But otherwise everything was great. I had a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone. And the fact that there was a massage therapist right next door was a real bonus!
