'Wave Top Retreat' is a family friendly, ground level, 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo across the street from the gulf and has immediate beach access. Steps away from the bright teal ocean waters, sugary white sand, and the sunsets are to die for! NO elevators or stairs. First building in the complex facing Front Beach Road and the beach. Endless Summer is a quiet/ quaint complex. Each building is 2 levels. Our condo is equipped with a queen size bed and a brand-new sleeper sofa. Unit has WiFi, cable, new appliances, flooring and furnishings. Take a short walk to the beach, hang out by the pools or hot tub. Have dinner at Mike's Seafood & Oyster Bar; conveniently located next door to the complex. For breakfast, don't forget to visit the legendary Thomas Donut Shop located 1/2 mile from the condo. Pier Park is less than 2 miles away as well for the best shopping around! The BEST part of staying at our condo? You're in a quiet/ relaxing part of PCB on the west side. Steps away from the beach and close to an array of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We hope you enjoy your stay at our cozy, vibrant retreat!

Great location, easy access to beach. Very comfortable condo and easy communication with host. Pool and hot tub was a very nice plus. We plan on staying here again down the road.

A fantastic little condo right across from the beach. Everything we needed was there. The only problem we had was that the tub was slow to drain, not a big deal. We will definitely consider staying there again next year.

Perfect PCB condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was the space we needed for a quiet getaway. Proximity to the beach: great! Across an easy to cross street. The beach had plenty of space to set up camp! The condo is beautifully decorated in beachy colors and furnishings. The living room had comfortable places to sit. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bedroom had a good bed and ample closet space. The owners provided pool chairs, beach towels and toys, and boogie boards! The condo community has two nice-sized pools. There are also delicious places to eat and get ice cream nearby!The owner is easy to contact and so kind. Quite refreshing!This is really the perfect place to stay - especially for a couple or young family. I totally recommend it.

Clean and Cozy

This is our 2nd stay at Endless Summer. We love the easy beach access and the quiet location on the west end of PCB. The owner is prompt with all communication.

Summer vacation

Perfect ! We walked into a clean condo fully stocked and ready for our family. The pools were nice and the grounds were clean. Room was just as described and owner communicated the easy check in process just as she said she would. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful vacation

My husband and I enjoyed the stay. Steps from the beach and 5 minutes from good eating and shops! Lisa was a wonderful host! We had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time so much at Panama City Beach, we have stayed at Endless Summer as family since I was 2 and I am now 28 and I have to say I have never been disappointed. Unit 2A was an awesome unit to stay in, it was decorated beautifully, it was extremely clean when checking in, and the whole process was just great. Our Host Lisa was absolutely amazing! She provided so much In The condo for us such as linens, towels, beach chairs, etc. Lisa was in constant communication the whole making sure we had everything we needed. I can not say enough good things about Lisa and her condo. I will recommend her condo to everyone and anyone. I plan to stay at her condo much more in the future. Very very happy with my experience!

Enjoyable Stay with Convenient Beach Access

I recently had a pleasant three-night stay at this condo with my friend and baby. The home matched the description provided online. Its location offered easy access to the beach, just a one-minute walk, although there wasn't a direct beach view from the condo itself. (you could kinda see the water, but the stairs and parking lot obstructed the view) While the master bed could have been more comfortable, it served its purpose adequately. The sofa bed did not have a top sheet or comforter, but we managed by using throw blankets. Also, it was so uncomfortable that my friend ended up just sleeping on the couch instead. I really think providing a mattress topper for the sofa bed would be a nice touch. The condo provided all the necessary kitchen basics, including K-cup coffee and creamer which was thoughtful. There was also some beach chairs which is always super helpful. The A/C system worked great, although it blew very cold air very directly in some areas, so I had to make sure I wasn't sitting under it when running. Brr. The outdoor beachside shower had low water pressure, which made cleaning up after the beach a bit challenging. Alternatively, there was a better shower by the pools that could be used, although it was less convenient. Overall, our stay at the condo was enjoyable. It accurately matched the online description, and its convenient proximity to the beach made it a great choice. The minor flaws we encountered did not significantly detract from the overall experience.

Best Beach Trip

This property was excellent. Everything clean and convenient to the beach. The property manager very easy to reach and answered all our concerns. My family made so many memories and this condo was perfect. I would highly recommend this location.

Hello! Owners Lisa, Kenny and our son Tristan live in Nashville, TN. We also have a great love for Panama City Beach and consider it our second home. We purchased our condo with the goal of sharing it with others. Nothing makes us happier than knowing that our guests are creating lifetime memories in our sweet little retreat on the beach.

Our condo is small, but it's a gem! It's nestled in the quietest part of PCB. Small complex with beach views from the living room window. Beaches are less crowded. It's close to PCB 'staples' Mike's Seafood and Oyster Bar (next door) and Thomas Donut Shop. Less than 2 miles to Pier Park. Our condo is renovated. Cute. Affordable. And we want to share it for memories to be made.
