You are directly across the street from North Beach, so bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. North Beach is tidal, so during high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is only just a short distance away.

Our stay at this property was excellent ,convenient to amenities in the area and in just the right spot if you prefer to be in area with less activity. Watch the morning sunrise over the ocean is just breathtaking

It's super clean, very bright & cheery. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for the week including an induction cooktop and pans. Great view & quiet area not too busy so you can enjoy the break! The bed is super soft & cozy, it was high up off the ground and I had to jump in, but I'm only 5'1". It was perfect for my 6' hubby. Parking was reserved right next to the front door. Great stay!!

We love to stay it was clean and smell clean. It fell clean. It looked clean. People were nice. The hostess respond right away and this was a place. We will definitely give five stars to and we would love to come back.

Cozy room and beautiful sea view

The small room was beautifully appointed and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities I could need. The balcony and sea view were great, and a low-tide stroll of the beach was an easy 2-minute walk away.

Amazing spot for a weekend away!

The condo was right across the st with amazing views of the water and sun rise! The moon was beautiful over the water. The condo itself has everything you need! It is cute, clean, and perfect! We will be staying here again!

Perfect spot!

Easy entry, very clean, the property manager had excellent communication and the location was perfect! Not too far away from Hampton Beach but yet far enough away! We wanted to stay another night but unfortunately it was already booked. We will book again when we come back!

We lucked out with great weather. Oven view from deck was great. Bed was a little hard though we are 70. Parking and access was very convenient. Condo was very clean and owner very accessible through texts.

Monik & Miguel came through for us when we found ourselves without a place to stay due to a cancellation. They were kind enough to open their door and welcome us in. Perfect place to stay. Excellent location.

The rental property was perfect. Everything we needed & wanted. The space was very clean, charming decor and in a super great spot! Would recommend to anyone and we hope to come back again!
