Just a short gently-sloped walk down to your own private boat-friendly dock, you'll have everything you need to complete your lake getaway!

Chasing some shade or some great BBQ? We’re just 5 minutes from downtown Hartwell shopping & dining!

Our home is a great place to getaway without being too far away and only a gently sloped short walk to the lake. You'll never want to leave!

This was our third stay at Jay’s lake house, and it definitely won’t be our last! We first came about five years ago, and it’s been so special watching all the kids grow up while continuing to make memories here together. They love swimming in the lake, kayaking, evenings around the bonfire, and just spending time outdoors. This trip they were already talking about coming back again! Even cooper our dog had a great time and loved being part of the adventure. Jay is a great host, friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The house is always clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing family getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The lake house was perfect for our short stay! Too bad we couldn't stay longer. The water was down so the boys couldn't really fish but they still enjoyed some time by the lake. The house was spacious and had everything we needed.

Amazing lake house!

We really enjoyed our weekend here! The accommodations were perfect, very comfortable, and clean. The kids loved the selection of toys and games to play with. We will definitely be coming back!

The rules are not very pet friendly, and the yard needs to be cleaned and treated for ants. There were plenty of towels but only one face cloth. Beautiful location!

Recommend for family trip, lots of space and great porch! Would recommend some more outdoor furniture since we spent a lot of time there!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The property was nice and clean. Waking up to the lake was a bonus. Jay and Lauren were quick at responding to my inquires.

Lovely home with beautiful lake views! Close to the cute town of Hartwell! Boat rental 10 minutes away at Big Water Marina and was awesome!

This house worked out very well for our family. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had everything that we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the squirrels and birds. Delivery is available to the house from Door Dash, Uber Eats and Walmart. The hosts were easy to contact and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Amazing stay

We loved the roominess, comfort, and views at this property! The beds were oh so comfy, the showers were rejuvenating, and the kitchen has all we needed to cook a nice big breakfast. The dock was relaxing to sit at and do yoga, and also a perfect size for our boat! The host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Great View!

Had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the beautiful view from the dock and being on the deep water. Host was very quick to respond and helpful. Will defiantly stay again.

Great house with beautiful views and lake frontage. Back deck was fabulous and great for having a dog. Huge yard if you have kids.

Beautiful Property

We loved the house and the dock. Early morning fishing from the dock. Beautiful views from the full window doors all along the back of the house including the master bedroom.

Rest and relaxation

This place was great. My son and I were looking to get away from the crazy of everyday life. Open kitchen and entertaining area. And a large enough piece of property that the neighbors weren’t right on top of you. We enjoyed our stay.

Summer kick off

Beautiful house, plenty of room for kids to play outside, great 2 story dock with boat ramp only a few minutes away by boat and car! Have stayed at this house twice and hope to book again!
