The Lake Place

Beautiful, new house sitting on over 2 acres lot that gently leads you down to a unique lake views. Private boat ramp and covered dock with large sitting area for a tranquil and memorable getaway.
Fire pit area with unobstructed sunset view!
Two bedrooms and two baths: Master bedroom with a king bed upstairs, second queen size bedroom on main level.

ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STAY UNLESS PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT IS SECURED WITH HOST. VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING WITH NO REFUND FOR ANY USED OR UNUSED PORTION OF THE RESERVATION.

Surveillance cameras: We are on a big lot so there are several outdoor surveillance cameras. They are all clearly visible and there is sign at the main gate entrance.
4 cameras are pointing to the 4 sides of the house one camera is pointing at the lake dock and one camera at entrance gate along with ring door bell. None of the cameras is pointing towards the inside the house.
Do not disconnect, cover or tamper any of the cameras. If you have question or concern please us know.

Nice quiet place.

Check in was easy, everything was very clean. We were only there for 2 day's but enjoyed the limited time we were there. They had a private launch which I did not know about which was a huge plus.

Weekend on the lake

This beautiful home on Lake Hartwell helped make our weekend perfect. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you would need!! Comfortable beds, beautiful large porch with a view of the lake, well stocked kitchen…… everything was perfect!!!

By far the best lake front rental (sorta)

Beautiful for sure, stunning 2 acres. But i felt it incredibly invasive with all the cameras/smart system during my stay.

If The Lake Place is available… BOOK IT! The perfect place for a week at the lake for us and our Golden Retriever. The property, the house, the views, the amenities, a fantastic host.. you will not regret it! Can’t wait for a return trip in the future.

Great Lake access. Huge private back yard. Beautiful house and property. Awesome communications from Monica the property manager. Our GSP’s loved it. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The Lake Place is Perfect

Perfect little gem, everything you could want to enjoy the lake. Private boat ramp & incredible covered dock - great to watch the sunset. Covered back deck is great for gathering, eating meals with view of the lake. Quiet and very private. House is well equipped and hosts and very communicative.

Great views

This home was absolutely perfect! It looks brand new and has tons of wonderful amenities! We loved spending our mornings in the hammock or on the porch and our evenings around a campfire. The dock was perfect for our 21ft boat and the views are fantastic! Inside the beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and we loved the Roku TV in the living area. The driveway was plenty large to park our boat trailer and truck and the neighborhood ramp was super convenient. We loved it here so much and hope to be back next year!!

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I were celebrating our 22nd anniversary. The home was beautiful with so many thoughtful details. It rained all day on Saturday so I spent the day reading on the cozy deck overlooking lake views. Our host was so gracious, easy to deal with and prompt to answer any questions. We would love to rent this property again.

My Wife and I traveled down from New Hampshire and spent a very relaxing week on the lake. Great sunset views every night from the dock and the property. Vey quiet and private location on this large lot with a lot of water frontage. Very nice dock for sitting and plenty of room to tie up the boat we rented. Quick easy drive to boat rental loacation. Harbor Light Marina. Very clean, newer home with easy access from I-85. Large parking area. The owner has everything taken care of for easy check in and check out. We didn't need to do anything but relax. Thank you again.

My parents and I throughly enjoyed our stay. This is one of those places, where the host understands that your on vacation. Your staying here to have fun, relax, and enjoy yourself. They understand the needs of those on vacation and the forethought show during your stay. I'm grateful that host is pet friendly, but more so that they have provisions for pets. My mother got such a kick about about the welcoming basket. We took an opportunity to make s'mores, thanks to the thoughtfulness of our host's basket. Were, I witness parents laughing and teasing one another over who had the perfect s'more. A small moment, that I remember for a long time. It was nice having the space to exercise the dog and getting the zoomies out. Despite the dog not being a fan of the heat. The house was clean and neat. There was a search word puzzle on the wall that did prolong my stays in the bathroom, haha. As I've stated before we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.
