Large 2-room apartment in central Paris, Montorgueil district. Very close to 4 metro lines, lively neighborhood with restaurants and stores in the immediate vicinity. Very bright, with 2 beds for up to 4 people. 4th floor. Great location

This property is in a great location with a metro stop nearby, multiple grocery stores, and an abundance of dining options. It's clean and spacious. The host is very kind and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this property for your stay in Paris!

Perfect in every way

This was an amazing apartment! A good size, super clean, modern, good facilities, and the location was great! And, Claude was a terrific host! I would highly, highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Claude’s flat in Paris. Our first host cancelled on us at the last minute, but in retrospect we are happy because we ended up here! The flat is very clean, modern and comfortable and the washer and dryer was an added bonus! We love the neighborhood-there is everything you need right outside your doorstep-cafes, groceries, shops etc. All of the sites are within an 20 minute walk or you are right next to the metro. Claude and his sons were so kind and we can’t say enough positive about this place. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris!

Amazing Paris Apartment!

If you’re looking for a lovely, clean and well appointed apartment in Paris- look no further. Claude was amazing to work with! We had no issues and the apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for us. Laundry was a plus! Right around the corner is an amazing street with tons of cafes and shops. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful!

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. Having a washer/dryer was extremely convenient and the AC kept everyone cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Paris apartment in a great location

The property is very well-kept and equipped and in a great location. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. If you enjoy good food, creperies, fromageries, boulangeries are just a few minutes away. Claude is a considerate host. Our flight arrived early and he let us check in ahead of time. We had a great stay.

Wonderful apartment and great location

Apartment was perfect for husband and myself and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was an added bonus since we had been traveling before arriving in Paris. Loved all the natural light. Could walk around the corner and have many cafes, restaurants and shopping. Claude was a wonderful host and would stay again if we can return to Paris.

Cute Apt and great location

The apartment was exactly as listed. The communication with Claude and Jonas was great. Location of the apartment was perfect. Easy access to the metro, bikes, shops and very walkable to all the other areas. It is an old building and does not have an elevator so if you are looking, pack accordingly as it is up 4 flights of stairs that are a bit narrow. It was no trouble for us as we only had carry-9n bags. Jonas was kind enough to carry one of them up at our arrival.

Perfect family stay

We took our nine-year-old daughter to Paris for three weeks and this was the perfect apartment for us. The location was excellent and close to the major transport hub of Chatelet/Les Halles if we wanted the metro. Otherwise all the attractions were an easy walk (including the Louvre, Latin Quarter and Les Marais). The apartment was immaculate with excellent facilities — we could cook meals and wash our clothes. We had an enjoyable and happy stay here and would highly recommend this apartment.

Location Unbeatable

4th floor apartment, all the comforts of a modern apartment in an old building. Clean, safe, and right where we wanted to be, on a side street close to real Paris life. The bedroom was amazingly quiet. Property owner Claude and his son were in communication with us ensuring all was well. When we return to Paris, we will stay there again.

Beautiful apt. & great location!

This apt. is extremely clean & updated with new appliances and a washer & dryer. It is very spacious with a/c! The owner met us to check us in & go over the features of the apt. The best thing about this apt. is the LOCATION! Anything you may want is literally around the corner! The Metro, cheese shops, bakeries, chocolate shop & all kinds of restaurants & bars. Highly recommend & we would definately stay again!

Wonderful!

Apartment is in a great location, near several Metro stations and walking distance from the Louvre. Wonderful neighborhood with an amazing pedestrian-only street around the corner, where you can find the oldest patisserie in Paris. And directly downstairs from the apartment is Boneshaker Donuts, which has the best donuts I’ve ever had! The property manager, Claude, is responsive and friendly, the apartment is clean and spacious with great amenities.. Highly recommend!

Très Français!!

Quintessential Paris apartment in a historic building (yep--lots of stairs!), but with all the modern conveniences. The clothes dryer was an added bonus! The apartment is exactly as shown and described in the listing. Excellent, central location in a fantastic neighborhood with tons of bistros, restaurants, boulangeries, shops, supermarket, metro stations, etc. The neighborhood is extremely vibrant and lively, but the apartment was very quiet and serene. The apartment is close to many sights whether you walk or take the metro (we walked everywhere!). Claude was extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with. He met us at the apartment and gave a very helpful tour of the place. Thank you Claude! Highly recommend. Oh and for an amazing Thai meal, try Kapunka Vegan just around the corner! Delish!

This was an excellent place to stay, right at the end of la rue Montorgeuil, one of the liveliest walking streets in central Paris with great cafés, restaurants, bakeries and other shops. The apartment was clean, well equipped, calm and sunny with a private bedroom. It has a washer and dryer. The owner kept the arrival and departure arrangements nice and simple, and his son provided a helpful welcome to the unit. As long as you don’t mind the four flights of stairs (it was fine with me), you’ll find this a terrific spot to stay.

Ideal for our Paris adventure

Claude is an excellent host! He was quick to respond to my questions ahead of our trip and throughout our stay. When we arrived, he greeted us on the street and help us get into the apartment. The apartment comfortably fit my family of 4 as a place to rejuvenate after a long day exploring the city. It's in a great location in Paris, on a quiet side street within easy walking distance of a number of metro stops, and a block away from a pedestrian-only street lined with restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend Claude as a host and this property for your next visit to Paris.

Fantastic location and restful accommodations!

Claude met us at the location upon our early arrival- he was very accommodating about helping us get in early after our overnight flight. He helped us up the stairs with our bags and showed us where everything was and how things worked. He also had a great list of recommendations for us. The space itself is extremely clean and well kept, and plenty of space. Being on an higher floor meant it was very quiet, and we didn’t hear much from the other tenants. Our daughters (5 & 7) slept great on the pullout couch and there was plenty of space that we didn’t need to close/open the bed each day. The washer/dryer were so helpful to have so that we didn’t come home with so much dirty laundry. I’d recommend this property!

Lovely stay

The apartment was so comfortable and has great amenities; everything is considered, including nice lighting, fans, and kitchen utilities. Clean, spacious, and modern apartment. Bed was comfortable. The “marche” area downhill was fabulous (we recommended the restaurant Bianco.) Claude (the owner) and Lucas (his sons) were great hosts! Communication was clear. The steps were a bit tricky because they are a bit worn (a”winding” staircase.) But that’s not within Claude’s control. The steps were manageable though. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Claude!

Best VRBO Experience - EVER!

The apartment was amazing. It's located right in the middle of a lovely neighborhood in the center of Paris. There are several metro stops close by and there are 100s of great restaurants, boutiques and bars from which to choose. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. (I cooked meals several times since I was there for a week.) The bathroom is large and has everything you need. I really appreciated having the washer and dryer. Last, but not least, Claude - the manager, was amazing. He was responsive and considerate and went the extra mile when I needed additional help! I'm definitely staying here again when my business brings me back to Paris!

Top Floor - Top Neighborhood - Top Host

Perfect apartment and location for my wife and teen daughters. Stay here if you want to walk to Louvre and Norte Dame, have easy Metro access to everything in the city, have exceptional host in Claude and be 20 meters from one of the best pedestrian streets for all Paris cafe life has to offer. You have AC for the summer heat and 4 floors to walk up the stairs and burn the calories from the multiple patisseries and donut shop right outside your door. Claude graciously accommodated some modifications in our arrival and departure times and was always available via SMS (text). If you love Paris this is a great location; if Paris is new, you will fall in love with the city, cafes, bars, bakeries that are all 5min from this apartment.
