it is a 55 square meters apartment (= 592 square feet) with 1 bed room and 1 sofa to accommodate 4 guests.
Location used to be an hold printing company building fully renovated few years ago, located in a quiet patio. Apartment is located at ground floor, opening directly into the patio.
Large glass roof brings an exceptional light into the entire apartment. Glass roof windows can be opened for fresh air.
Industrial spirit and wood roof dated from French revolution into bedroom have been preserved.
Parisian decoration has been selected with Metro tiles into bathroom and separate toilets.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction, washing machine, coffee machine, espresso coffee machine (Nespresso) kettle... to make you feel at home.
Apartment located closed to Republic and Grands Boulevard, closed to many theaters. 5 minutes walk from Metro station and 2 minutes walk from convenience stores and many restaurants. Closest metro station is 'Strasbourg Saint Denis' lines 4, 8 and 9 but you can decide to walk 5 minutes to 'Republique' metro station where 5 other metro/subway lines stop.

M&M, the review

I have never experienced a more thoroughly organized apartment. Nothing was out of place in a drawer! Great design, with no upper cabinets. Truly my only criticism would be that I could have used more detergent capsules for the dishwasher!! It would have been nice To open a window. We missed having more fresh air.to have been able to open

The Perfect Paris

The apartment was was exactly as the pictures portrayed, if not better. Location was great as you are close to the metro, which allows you to get anywhere you could want to go! Plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries as well as grocery stores. So much better than a hotel would have been. Our hosts were fantastic. Always quick to respond to any question and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect!

Beautiful Oasis

Rachel has thought of everything. This apartment is very comfortable, very well appointed, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It's so quiet and bright and you feel like you're in a private oasis in the heart of a busy and vibrant neighborhood. I was so impressed with the skylights and loved hearing the rain splashing on them. The kitchen is so well laid out, I wish I had more time to cook in it. There are tons of excellent takeaway restaurants and cafes in close proximity. After a full day of seeing the sights and enjoying the city, this is the perfect place to then cuddle up on the couch and rest up for the next day of adventures. The bed is VERY comfortable and the shower is big enough to really get clean in. Not having to navigate stairs with your luggage is a major plus. We loved staying here so much and will hope this place is available again on our next visit to Paris. Thank you so much Rachel for sharing your home with us. à bientôt !

Wonderful apartment in Paris

I have rented many VRBO apartments but this apartment was , by far, the best apartment we have ever rented! The apartment has everything anyone could ever need. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped! The apartment is very close to the metro and a grocery store is just steps away. There are many restaurants nearby. Rachel was a very caring host and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Amazing Stay in Paris

Property is as listed. Well furnished and great layout. Lots of natural light, and with its location minimal street noise. Check in process was easy and straightforward. Rachel was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of great places to eat close to the apartment and there is a grocery store right down the street which made it really convenient if you need anything for snacks or drink. Was able to walk to almost all main attractions and the metro is a block away. Would highly recommend this place for your trip to Paris.

Perfectly situated and well-equipped

I am extremely satisfied with my stay during 7 nights. My 18 yr old son slept on the sofa bed and my 18 yr old niece and I slept on the queen bed together (if you are American, I think the width of this bed is closest to a queen, smaller than a king). There are plenty of outlets and there are reading lights on each side of the bed. Floor fans are provided. This apartment is so well-situated to the Strasbourg St Denis station! We had direct access to 3 metro lines. There is a Co-op store right next to the apartment for buying your food and necessities. The owner is very responsive and kind. The air conditioner is a major plus to this apartment. Smart TV is new with streaming access and also local French channels. Everything in the apartment is modern. Has a big dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave and decent-sized refrigerator. A lot of space!!! I don’t have any complaints at all. I will definitely return to this apartment the next time I am in Paris.

Perfect for first time in Paris!

I could not have asked for a better accommodation for my first time in Paris. It was wonderfully equipped with air conditioning, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer... all the comforts of home. Importantly, it was VERY close to the metro, which I used to get all over Paris. It was also close to several very good cafes and bakeries as well as a few supermarkets. The apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable. Moreover, Rachel was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. I wanted for nothing. I had the thought several times that if I make it back to Paris I would like to stay here again. I cannot recommend it enough!

We loved it!

The loft was comfortable, quiet, well appointed, and attractive. We would definitely choose it again. The host was easily an available but we had no issues that needed attention.

Lovely apartment

This apartment is in a great location and the location back in the courtyard makes it safe and quiet. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were available for any questions. We highly recommend a stay here!

Great Apartment in a non touristry area.

This is a great apartment! Of all the Vrbo's I've stayed in this one is the best stocked and supplied I've experienced. You could actually cook a real meal in this kitchen without having to improvise. You also don't have to run the dishwasher constantly because there only 4 cups, plates, forks, etc. There is plenty of everything. The pictures really don't do justice to this cute and comfortable apartment. There is a warning about the plumbing, but we experienced no issues. It is quiet and in a real Paris neighbor. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance, plus all the shops you will need. The metro stop truly is less than two blocks away and has 3 lines. It is easy to get anywhere in Paris from there. The only inaccuracy I found was that it is 1.2 miles from the Louvre, not .6 of a mile. Everything is so understated about this apartment I'm sure it is a conversion issue from kilometers to miles. The only day we walked home from sightseeing was the day we went to the Louvre. Everywhere else you are going to need to use the Metro. I definitely recommend staying here and experiencing a real Paris neighborhood.

Great apartment great area

This may be the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Thought was given to everything you could possibly need and everything especially kitchen, was perfection.

Great Place to Stay

This property was so great. It was clean and perfect for my family of 4. Close to some touristy spots, close to shops. Rachel was an amazing hose and available whenever I had questions. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic family stay

We loved this place! Rachel was wonderful at communicating and the place was perfect for us to explore Paris for 5 full days. The location was easy for great places to eat and the metro and bus were so easy to get to and to navigate - even coming home at midnight. The nearby stor is open 7am - 11 pm! The tap water is tasty and the fridge kept it cold. The kitchen is well-equipped but that and the TV were never used by us. Two Dyson fans plus a wonderful AC unit served us well for the heat and we even had to turn them off when the place cooled off. We chose here because of the things that were perfect and true: quiet, AC, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi. We really can’t state enough how lovely our stay was.

Super Lage

Sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung 10 Minuten vom Gare del Est entfernt, 1 Minute zur nächsten Metro Station. Zu les Halles läuft man ca 15 Minuten. Lebhaftes Viertel mit vielen Supermärkten und Restaurants/Cafés. Rachel hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und uns alle wichtigen Informationen gegeben, außerdem hat Sie in der Wohnung auch Reiseführer stehen in denen man noch schmökern kann. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht Spülmaschine, Backofen mit Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine mit Trockner ( haben wir nicht gebraucht) Induktionsherd, Töpfe,Pfannen, Geschirr, Ect. Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage (die brauchten wir wenn wir nachmittags etwas in der Wohnung waren bei 30 Grad sonnig und Glasdach) auch waren genügend Möglichkeiten zum heizen vorhanden falls man im Winter dort ist. Der Eingang zur Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof der nur durch einen Code gesicherte Tür betreten werden kann. Direkt an der wand zur Wohnung ist ein Platz an dem die Mülltonnen stehen und man hört manchmal wenn andere Hausbewohner ihre Glasflaschen entsorgen, hat uns aber nicht gestöhrt denn nachts ist Ruhe . Rachel hat sich 2x erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist, das fanden wir auch sehr nett. Unser Fazit ist die Wohnung ist für 2-4 Leute absolut zu empfehlen wenn man es nicht ganz dunkel braucht zum schlafen. Sehr, sehr nette , aufmerksame Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung auch weiter.

Stay at the loft.

Rachel was great host. Located near many restaurants and within walking distance to Louvre and high end shopping. Restaurants and cafes of many countries are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again. People in France are NOT rude. Very friendly. Robert from Las Vedgas

Lovely stay in this unusual apartment

The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice. It is bigger than it looks and is really bright even on a cloudy day. My concern of a lack of circulation in the bedroom turned out to be unfounded. It is extremely well equipped, much more than many vacation rentals. It is obvious that the owners spend time there. The neighbourhood is nice with an abundance of grocery stores, boulangeries and restaurants. If you are wanting to go farther afield walk towards the Marché du Enfant Rouges in the 3rd Arr. which has a great vibe as does Rue Montorgueil in the 2nd Arr.. The closeness of the metro which serves three lines was really handy and there is also a bus that goes down the street directly to Hotel de Ville. The correspondence with Rachel was very prompt and friendly. We did not have a chance to meet her but she was in contact with us during our visit. She was very flexible when we had to change dates as well as having to increase a night. Her consideration was much appreciated. We would be very happy to stay in this extremely quiet apartment Paris is very hectic and we found staying in the courtyard to be really pleasant after many years of staying in an apartment facing the street. .A good night’s sleep is important to us and the comfortable bed and sectional really made for a pleasant stay.

Das ist ja nur klasse

Diese Ferienwohnung in der Mitte von Paris ist ein Traum. Die Metro ist keine 200m entfernt. Es sind 3 Station bis zum Gare du Nord mit der Linie 4. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten am Centre Pompidou. Im direkten Umfeld sind jede Menge kleine Restaurants und Bars und man kann sich einfach nur kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen. Das schöne ist aber, dass du hinter dem Eingang noch 40 Meter durch einen Flur läufst und dann bekommst du nichts mehr vom Lärm der Stadt mit. Die Wohnung ist in einem kleinen Hinterhof. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten jede Menge Platz. Der sehr schnelle Internetzugang funktionierte auf Anhieb. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Paris fahren ist diese Wohnung die erste Wahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I stayed for 5 weeks in this lovely artist loft-like apartment located at the crossroads of the 10th, 2nd, and 3rd arrondissements. Not only are there fantastic restaurants, boutiques and galleries within walking distance of the apartment, there is also a major metro line just one black away, making it an excellent base from which to explore all of Paris. And when you come back at the end of the day, the apartment provides a peaceful, quiet refuge from the bustling streets. Everything about my stay in this apartment was first-rate, especially communications with the wonderful host!

Très bien situé et bien équipé.

Appartement très propre et cuisine très, très bien équipée. Idéalement situé, à quelques pas d'une ligne de métro, mais plusieurs points d'intérêt sont facilement rejoignables à pieds. Excellente communication avec les hôtes. Merci!

Brilliant home from home

We had a wonderful stay. It was absolutely perfect for us with 2 young children allowing us to have more amenities yet still being in a fantastic position within the city. So close to the metro, places to eat and supermarket for supplies. Also so close to many places of interest, we used the metro much less than we expected. A fabulous stay in one of our favourite cities, showing our young children some of the wonders of the world. Excellent communication from Rachel before and during our stay, particularly regarding a slight issue with the plumbing. Thanks for everything during our stay. We needed this holiday! Lynne and Mark
