it is a 55 square meters apartment (= 592 square feet) with 1 bed room and 1 sofa to accommodate 4 guests.
Location used to be an hold printing company building fully renovated few years ago, located in a quiet patio. Apartment is located at ground floor, opening directly into the patio.
Large glass roof brings an exceptional light into the entire apartment. Glass roof windows can be opened for fresh air.
Industrial spirit and wood roof dated from French revolution into bedroom have been preserved.
Parisian decoration has been selected with Metro tiles into bathroom and separate toilets.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction, washing machine, coffee machine, espresso coffee machine (Nespresso) kettle... to make you feel at home.
Apartment located closed to Republic and Grands Boulevard, closed to many theaters. 5 minutes walk from Metro station and 2 minutes walk from convenience stores and many restaurants. Closest metro station is 'Strasbourg Saint Denis' lines 4, 8 and 9 but you can decide to walk 5 minutes to 'Republique' metro station where 5 other metro/subway lines stop.

The Perfect Paris

The apartment was was exactly as the pictures portrayed, if not better. Location was great as you are close to the metro, which allows you to get anywhere you could want to go! Plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries as well as grocery stores. So much better than a hotel would have been. Our hosts were fantastic. Always quick to respond to any question and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect!

Wonderful apartment in Paris

I have rented many VRBO apartments but this apartment was , by far, the best apartment we have ever rented! The apartment has everything anyone could ever need. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped! The apartment is very close to the metro and a grocery store is just steps away. There are many restaurants nearby. Rachel was a very caring host and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Lovely apartment

This apartment is in a great location and the location back in the courtyard makes it safe and quiet. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were available for any questions. We highly recommend a stay here!

Great location and family friendly

This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. The location is great. Easy access to all the sights, metro stations, grocery store and restaurants.

M&M, the review

I have never experienced a more thoroughly organized apartment. Nothing was out of place in a drawer! Great design, with no upper cabinets. Truly my only criticism would be that I could have used more detergent capsules for the dishwasher!! It would have been nice To open a window. We missed having more fresh air.to have been able to open

Amazing Stay in Paris

Property is as listed. Well furnished and great layout. Lots of natural light, and with its location minimal street noise. Check in process was easy and straightforward. Rachel was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of great places to eat close to the apartment and there is a grocery store right down the street which made it really convenient if you need anything for snacks or drink. Was able to walk to almost all main attractions and the metro is a block away. Would highly recommend this place for your trip to Paris.

Great Place to Stay

This property was so great. It was clean and perfect for my family of 4. Close to some touristy spots, close to shops. Rachel was an amazing hose and available whenever I had questions. I highly recommend her.

Perfect for exploring Paris

As a family with two teens we loved staying here. It was stylish, really comfortable, and just perfect for exploring Paris. A great neighbourhood, with great coffee, boulangerie, bistrot and bars close by. Check in and out and communication so quick, friendly and easy.

Another great experience!

We've stayed at this property (before the pandemic) and returned in November 2021. The property was great. It's clean, spacious, and near metro stops. Communication with the owners was amazingly prompt. We'll stay here again!

Perfect home away from home.

The apartment had everything we needed and the owner was very accomodating to our arrival and departure times. We were able to do laundry, run the dishwasher, chill a bottle of wine, and then walk two minutes to the Metro stop for sightseeing. Perfect.

Stay at the loft.

Rachel was great host. Located near many restaurants and within walking distance to Louvre and high end shopping. Restaurants and cafes of many countries are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again. People in France are NOT rude. Very friendly. Robert from Las Vedgas

Perfect for first time in Paris!

I could not have asked for a better accommodation for my first time in Paris. It was wonderfully equipped with air conditioning, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer... all the comforts of home. Importantly, it was VERY close to the metro, which I used to get all over Paris. It was also close to several very good cafes and bakeries as well as a few supermarkets. The apartment was exactly as described and very comfortable. Moreover, Rachel was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. I wanted for nothing. I had the thought several times that if I make it back to Paris I would like to stay here again. I cannot recommend it enough!

Fantastic location and apartment

Our stay with 2 children was perfect. The owner met us at arrival and had lovely Easter treats waiting for the children. The apartment was filled with beautiful natural light and clean, well-maintained appliances - all the comforts of home including espresso machine and mik frother. The apartment is conveniently located 2 blocks from metro line #4 which gave us direct access to numerous sights. We miss Paris already!

Great apartment in Paris

Rachel and Thierry were wonderful. They were waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived after a long overnight flight. The place was nice, very clean, large and had everything we needed. The location is great, about a mile walk to Notre Dame or a quick metro ride. The metro is only a block away. There are 2 grocers right next door. One of my favorite places we've stayed in so far!

I stayed for 5 weeks in this lovely artist loft-like apartment located at the crossroads of the 10th, 2nd, and 3rd arrondissements. Not only are there fantastic restaurants, boutiques and galleries within walking distance of the apartment, there is also a major metro line just one black away, making it an excellent base from which to explore all of Paris. And when you come back at the end of the day, the apartment provides a peaceful, quiet refuge from the bustling streets. Everything about my stay in this apartment was first-rate, especially communications with the wonderful host!

Fantastic family stay

We loved this place! Rachel was wonderful at communicating and the place was perfect for us to explore Paris for 5 full days. The location was easy for great places to eat and the metro and bus were so easy to get to and to navigate - even coming home at midnight. The nearby stor is open 7am - 11 pm! The tap water is tasty and the fridge kept it cold. The kitchen is well-equipped but that and the TV were never used by us. Two Dyson fans plus a wonderful AC unit served us well for the heat and we even had to turn them off when the place cooled off. We chose here because of the things that were perfect and true: quiet, AC, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi. We really can’t state enough how lovely our stay was.

Fabulous trip to Paris.

My husband and I recently spent a week at this fabulous space. I second everything others have written about the apartment and the area. We loved the fact that we could walk just about anywhere - sometimes we would take the metro to our destinations, then walk home. The metro is also quite close and easy to find if you choose that option. Another bonus is that the apartment is on the ground floor - no need to drag my luggage up and down stairs. My husband is a college professor and long after we planned the trip he found out he would be teaching summer classes, which began the week we were in Paris. He taught via zoom and the Wi-Fi connection was great - actually, I think better than ours here in New Mexico. Hopefully some day we will return.

Perfectly situated and well-equipped

I am extremely satisfied with my stay during 7 nights. My 18 yr old son slept on the sofa bed and my 18 yr old niece and I slept on the queen bed together (if you are American, I think the width of this bed is closest to a queen, smaller than a king). There are plenty of outlets and there are reading lights on each side of the bed. Floor fans are provided. This apartment is so well-situated to the Strasbourg St Denis station! We had direct access to 3 metro lines. There is a Co-op store right next to the apartment for buying your food and necessities. The owner is very responsive and kind. The air conditioner is a major plus to this apartment. Smart TV is new with streaming access and also local French channels. Everything in the apartment is modern. Has a big dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave and decent-sized refrigerator. A lot of space!!! I don’t have any complaints at all. I will definitely return to this apartment the next time I am in Paris.

Great Apartment in a non touristry area.

This is a great apartment! Of all the Vrbo's I've stayed in this one is the best stocked and supplied I've experienced. You could actually cook a real meal in this kitchen without having to improvise. You also don't have to run the dishwasher constantly because there only 4 cups, plates, forks, etc. There is plenty of everything. The pictures really don't do justice to this cute and comfortable apartment. There is a warning about the plumbing, but we experienced no issues. It is quiet and in a real Paris neighbor. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance, plus all the shops you will need. The metro stop truly is less than two blocks away and has 3 lines. It is easy to get anywhere in Paris from there. The only inaccuracy I found was that it is 1.2 miles from the Louvre, not .6 of a mile. Everything is so understated about this apartment I'm sure it is a conversion issue from kilometers to miles. The only day we walked home from sightseeing was the day we went to the Louvre. Everywhere else you are going to need to use the Metro. I definitely recommend staying here and experiencing a real Paris neighborhood.

An outstanding experience

We spent 2 weeks in that unit, and it was great for 3 reasons. 1) Outstanding location: The 10th arrondissement is such a great place to be. First, not that many tourists, so it is an ideal area if you like to live like the locals. You will find many supermarkets as well as smaller merchants and "farmers markets" within walking distance. Too many "boulangeries and patisseries" to count (Julhes and baisers sucrees being our two favorites locally). A wide variety of restaurants, from bistrots (Brune), to Indian (Yasmin), to kebabs (Daily Syrien), to Italian pizzerias (Papelli) and French traditional (Bouillon Julien). More importantly, if you like to walk, you are pretty much 30 minutes from so many places, like the Opera area (with the big shops like Les Galleries Lafayette, or rather Lafayette Gourmet), Ile de la Cite, le Louvre, etc. If you don't like to walk, this unit is right next to Strasbourg Saint-Denis, which is a super convenient station. 2) Outstanding unit: Paris is old. Buildings are old. Units are old. But this one was beautifully renovated. The owners made it very convenient. Fully equipped w/ washer/dryer, washing machine, espresso machine, giant toaster, etc. Tons of glasses and plates. The sofa bed is certainly the most comfortable one I tried in a long time. It feels like an actual bed. So there is truly enough for 2 couples or 1 couple and a kid (like us). It is a bit tight on space by American standards, but we were fine once we moved some chairs to the side. And this unit is unbelievably quiet. You will actually "hear" silence at night. Wifi connection was fast. I did wish knives were sharper or that a knife sharpener was provided. 3) Outstanding owners: Rachel was very accommodating when I mistakenly reserved one day too early b/c I didn't account correctly for the day "lost" in the plane. No hassle. No complaints. She canceled and I re-reserved. Romain, who welcomed us and let us in, was very friendly, helpful and polite. Rachel answered my questions promptly through VRBO. The way they described the unit and the accommodation was accurate. Rachel even reached out to say they were sad Notre Dame was burning during our trip. So, nice people who care. That's great. And that is that. You can reserve in peace, knowing you will have a great experience. P.S. We got there (and left) using Easy Go Shuttle. Affordable. On time. Free child car seat. Don't bother w/ taxi drivers in Paris!

Super zentral

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartement. Angenehm war die hohe, lichtdurchflutete Decke. Dadurch wirkte der Raum indem sich das Sofa, der Eßtisch und die Küche befinden gleich viel größer. Einziger Nachteil an diesem Raum ist, das man ihn nicht verdunkeln kann, und die Kinder morgens zeitig wach waren. Das hat uns den Wecker gespart ;-) Sowohl das Bett, als auch das ausziehbare Sofa (mit Matratze) waren sehr bequem. Die Gastgeberin Rachel hat uns kurz vor der Anreise kontaktiert, und die Codes für die Haustür an der Straße und die eigentliche Eingangstür mit der Schlüsselbox durchgegeben. Es ist die Box im Innenhof gleich rechts. Rachel war immer sofort erreichbar, bzw hat sich erkundigt, ob alles ok ist.Die Verkehrsanbindung war spitze. Nur 10 Min Fußweg zum Paris Est, wo sich auch diverse Metrostationen befinden. Von dort ging es problemlos in die Innenstadt ( ca 10 Min), nach Versailles (ca 35 Min) und nach Disneyland Paris ( ca 50 min). Einkaufsladen, Bäcker, zahlreiche Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Es ist eine belebte Straße, von der man durch die Innenhoflage absolut nichts mitbekommt. Auch von den Nachbarn hört man absolut gar nichts. Alles in allem einfach ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
