Second Flat Screen 40" Smart TV located in the Bedroom for additional access to your streaming services or cable shows. Calming colors & a Tropical vibe invite you into a living area that offers plenty of comfortable seating, including Bunk beds (Twin over Full) and a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper. The Bedroom has a King size bed, a dresser, and two nightstands with dual USB Chargers. Bathroom includes a Walk-In Shower (Installed December 2024) and also features a comfort height elongated bowl commode.

A fully equipped kitchen provides the ease of cooking, while the breakfast bar is the perfect spot for informal snacks. A nice table with 4 chairs will make family dinners fun. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your use. The balcony has ample seating that provides spectacular views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass. As you sit on the balcony watching the Fishing Fleets on Perdido Pass and the dolphins playing in the Gulf Waters you will know that you have found the perfect spot for your long-awaited vacation. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
