Enjoy the comfortable living room furniture after a long day of fun, and relax with our new 55" Smart TV. The kitchen has fabulous views as well as granite countertops with a lot of working space. At the counter there is seating for two and at the dining table there is seating for four. Another table with four chairs is on the balcony as well as a lounge chair. You will love relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening....all the while enjoying the spectacular views. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, new flat screen television, and a sink, vanity counter and bathtub/shower combination in the bathroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen sized bed for the kiddos!
This beautifully decorated one bedroom condo sleeps four and has a panoramic view of the beach and the boats entering and exiting the Perdido Pass. This condo also comes with the owner's private, underground parking spot! This is a huge perk! No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

Lovely place to stay. Loved watching the boats from the balcony and a nice beach walk. The pool was nice, and we would have loved to have a float or even just a noodle and beach towel. Unlike all the drivable vacationers with fully stocked beach carts, we flew in with backpacks.

Skillets had food still in them in the cabinet and food around cabinets on the floor. The view was great and the balcony also. A cute condo. Loved parking space. Had a nice time.

The condo was clean and the view was wonderful. You could watch the boats coming and going the view of the ocean as well was fantastic. Access to the beach was very easy and the pool was nice as well. I was surprised at how quickly we were able to get the elevator. We never had a long wait.We would definitely stay here again!

7811 needs updating. Couch and chairs cushions in living room are worn out. Not a single USB port in entire condo. Dryer door will not stay closed. Kitchen appliances in general are old, dishwasher does not clean dishes well. Navigating the TV’s is an educational experience.

The condo was cozy and clean. The beach front view was beautiful. The underground parking was a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

The balcony view was stunning. We stayed the whole time on the balcony. The condo was very nice and clean.

This rental is perfect for two. It has a very comfortable king bed and a great view of the ocean.

This condo was so perfect for a couple! The bed was so comfortable and the place was very clean! The property as a whole is well maintained and the staff pleasant. Communication was a breeze and response was swift when we had a very small issue. I do hope to book this condo again!!
