This is our second year coming to Orange Beach and staying on the property. The condo was clean and well equipped, and any time I contacted Ben on a question, he was quick to reply. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each evening with the beautiful views of the ocean. We love the easy access to the beach and we will be back again!

Lovely place to stay. Loved watching the boats from the balcony and a nice beach walk. The pool was nice, and we would have loved to have a float or even just a noodle and beach towel. Unlike all the drivable vacationers with fully stocked beach carts, we flew in with backpacks.

The Condo was extremely clean and everything worked! The decor was beautiful and the staff at the Phoenix was so nice. Our balcony view was amazing. The parking in the the owners spot was great not to be in the hot sun. We hope to stay with you again in the future! I have already been telling friends and family what a wonderful place it was. Thank you!

Skillets had food still in them in the cabinet and food around cabinets on the floor. The view was great and the balcony also. A cute condo. Loved parking space. Had a nice time.

The condo was clean and the view was wonderful. You could watch the boats coming and going the view of the ocean as well was fantastic. Access to the beach was very easy and the pool was nice as well. I was surprised at how quickly we were able to get the elevator. We never had a long wait.We would definitely stay here again!

The balcony view was stunning. We stayed the whole time on the balcony. The condo was very nice and clean.

7811 needs updating. Couch and chairs cushions in living room are worn out. Not a single USB port in entire condo. Dryer door will not stay closed. Kitchen appliances in general are old, dishwasher does not clean dishes well. Navigating the TV’s is an educational experience.
