This condo was beautiful, and the ocean view was stunning. I will recommend this rental to my family and friends. I would definitely like to return again next fall.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix east, Tiffany was a pleasure to book us and when we had a small problem she took care of it promptly. We would book through Beachball again!

Very nice accommodations

Our unit was clean, fresh and comfortable. The property has so many nice features for families. Even small children can enjoy the amenities. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean, easy check in, perfect gulf view, great pool and easy beach access. Would stay again!

Condo was great. Clean. Contacted by management throughout the week which was wonderful. Our only issue was balcony furniture was uncomfortable.

Always a great stay but this year was really good. We got a new kitchen. This building is our favorite building. We have always had wonderful owners the past 16 years It's like going home now.

Excellent Location and View

Overall a really great stay. Location is awesome. Right on the water, easy access to the beach and pool. Quiet location. Everything worked well in the condo. Could use a little TLC but overall exactly like it is described in the listing. Would visit again.

Stay was good, weather was great. Mattresses need replacing bad. But the overall condo was 👍🏻

Phoenix East II stay

We attended a wedding next door and had an amazing view of them setting up the beach wedding! The property was updated, clean and very nice. We had NO issues whatsoever.

Phoenix II Condo

The condo was nice. So much better than a hotel. Pool was very nice and the indoor pool and spa were nice to have available. Our condo was very clean and the check in was fast. The only complaints I have is that the parking pass was $55 and the address they gave us led us to an owners only parking lot that you need a code for. We found the correct entrance pretty quickly but it was confusing.

Nice place

Started out with having to contact Beachball Properties due to our condo not being completely clean and no essential amenities were left for us. They were very fast and very apologetic. Enjoyed our stay. The biggest downfall is having to pay $56 to park in the parking lot. That’s an absurd price. Love Orange Beach and the location. Stayed in this area for many years and will continue to visit.
