Beachy Boathouse Cottage, 2 BR,1BA, Private Pool, Steps to Beach and Bay-

Newly Renovated Boathouse Cottage is ready to welcome guests. New flooring, new beds, new furniture. Located on the west side of the duplex on the quiet street of Gladiolus on north end of Anna Maria. Removed from the condos, hotels, and crowds.

We are one short block from sunrises on the bay, and the historic Rod and Reel Pier. Two short blocks to sunsets on the gulf, and the pristine beach of Bean Point-the perfect place for shelling, strolling, fishing, boating or just a quiet time.

This 2 bedroom, one bath, duplex sleeps 4 and has ample living space with screened in porch, large private fenced in yard and heated pool. Many of you have stayed here in the past. As of 9/2020 under new ownership, both sides are available for rent, each side with private pool. The other side is called Angel Fish Cottages VRBO # 2053921.

Our patio is perfect for entertaining, outdoor barbeque's, and family relaxation. We provide beach and pool equipment.

Wonderful vacation rental

We had a great vacation at this rental property and will definitely stay here again when we return to Anna Maria island. House is beautiful, location is perfect, and it had everything we needed to make our week in Anna Maria island fun and relaxing. The pool was great, heated to the perfect temperature. Thank you to our great hosts for making our stay a great one!

Relaxing stay

Thank you for sharing this comfortable and well appointed home with our family! Our family enjoyed the private pool, easy walk to the beach and fishing at Rod and Reel Pier. We felt very at home and enjoyed Bean Point sunsets!

Amazing location

Amazing location. The pool and backyard were perfect. 5 minute walk to gorgeous beach. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect little cottage!

We enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location - walking distance to the beach and a quick bike ride to our favorite pier. The pool in the backyard was a big hit with our teenagers. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice cottage

This cottage is very well located. 2 blocks from the ocean. It has a pool and is in a quiet area. If you rent this cottage you wont be disappointed. My wife and I will rent it in the future that’s how nice it is.

Loved everything

We had an amazing time. Everyone loved the house and pool and the location was perfect. Short walk to Bean Point and amazing beaches. Also short walk to Rod & Reel Pier and restaurant where we loved seeing the dolphins in the evening. We would definitely stay here again next time.

LOVE the Boathouse

We had the best day. The house went above and beyond and preparing this property after the recent devastating hurricane. Everything was impeccably done, we could not have asked for better accommodations. The location is ideal, only brought from the beach. The only sad part is that the real pier was destroyed. We plan to return to this wonderful property soon.

A beautiful little oasis just a quick walk from the beach

I absolutely appreciated every detail of the condo the owner leaves you with supplies for all needs even things needed for the beach and pool. I love the presentation it felt like a home away from home ❤️ highly recommended

Everything was ready. Cold weather made the pool water chilly but folks from England didn’t mind. Lovely and great location.

Perfection!

This was our third stay at Boathouse and it never disappoints. The cottage is cute, comfortable and is in the perfect location. We love the heated pool! We’re all booked for next year and can’t wait!

Great locatio

Close we to rod and reel grill and beautiful bean point. Owners very responsive. Kitchen is missing a few utensils no cutting board and knives were dull. Beautiful private pool. We would rent here again.

Fabulous little spot

We booked this adorable two bedroom duplex for four nights to go to Anna Maria for a family wedding. We had no idea about the island and ended up in the loveliest quiet little neighborhood in beans point. The unit was exactly as it was described and as it looks in the pictures, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and I would highly recommend this adorable spot for anyone looking for an affordable, immaculate, quiet place on the island.

Sweet Stay

We walked into the space and gasped at how beautiful it was! Everything (sadly because of hurricane helenne) was brand new. Such tasteful furnishings and touches! The two bedrooms were both spacious. The kitchen had everything, including a great coffee maker. For a small beach house, it felt spacious! A back porch and a beautiful yard. And the pool was much larger than we could have imagined! Hosts were totally attentive, but we didn’t need anything because they thought of everything! Definitely hope to return.

Great little place!

Love that it is all single story, no stairs to climb up and down, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, pool area was great and refreshing. Close to the beach and a short distsnce to the main street for AMI. If you are expecting one of the expensive huge 3 story places then you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a good stay with great amenities then this is your place. Will definitely be back!
