Location was perfect, with direct access to the beautiful Kamaole Sands lawn for our kids to play on. Unit was well equipped, and we really enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening. My Perfect Stays was an excellent host. The pool area was so much fun for kids with a family hot tub and large swimming pool.

Wonderful

Great location and unit. The grounds and BBQs are maintained constantly. This is my third time staying here. We'll be back.

Great Condo

We loved this condo. Having a ground floor unit was so convenient with easy access to the pool and BBQs, yet it still felt private. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. It was also well stocked with everything you would need from kitchen items to beach gear. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Location!

We LOVE Kamaole Sands. This room in particular worked greater for us, close to the pool, close to the beach! The rooms full of helpful kids things like a baby bath and beach toys! We left behind our pack and play so hopefully someone will find that helpful one day. Had an amazing stay in Maui.

Perfect Maui rental

Fantastic, clean and well appointed condo. The pictures are accurate and unit’s location within the KamSands complex is excellent, with a good amount of privacy. KamSands is ideally located across from the Kam3 beach and central on the island to reach conveniences within Kihei and greater Maui attractions. Thanks for a wonderful stay, would absolutely return to the same unit.

Amazing Condo! Incredible location! Equipped with everything you need!

Such a wonderful place! I seriously don't even know how to put our experience in words because it was out of this world amazing! The location of the condo is wonderful, ground floor, super close to a bbq area, short walk to the ocean and even shorter walk to the pool. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with so much, including a blender! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Beautiful property and great location

This condo had just about everything we needed. We brought our 1 year old son to Maui for his first vacation and it was perfect for him. He had space to walk around in the condo and around the property. The pool area has a small kiddy wadding pool and plenty of lounge chairs. The condo itself was clean and in a great location. The beach was just about a 5 minute walk right across the street.

Kam Sands is amazing

First time staying at Kamaole sands, grounds are amazing, we had a ground floor which was super convenient for having an infant. The pool was a great size and we were walking distance to the beach. The condo itself was a nice size for us. Condo had a king size bed and a queen pullout with all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. Overall would recommend this unit for anyone travelling.

Already Planning Our Return!

The property managers for this unit have a company name MyPerfectStays, and that is a very apt description of our vacation. The unit is well appointed and wonderfully located. Main floor allows easy access to grass beyond our lanai, and to the nearby bbq area. The beach is just across the street from the condo complex. The condo unit, the complex and the property managers are all highly recommended!

Excellent

We love staying at Kamaole. It's one of the better places on the south side. Easy drives to Kahalui and Paia. This unit is great because it's on the first floor and opens to the large courtyard area. Easy access to the bbq areas. Quick walk to Kamaole ll and lll, and Keawakapu beaches. Two beds, 1 bedroom, 1 pullout, sleeps 4 comfortably. Very nice.

Another nice visit

This is our 4th visit to Kamaole Sands and 9th trip to Maui. At Kamaole Sands you always know what you're getting a beautiful landscape, nice pool, near beaches. The only variable is your condo. This stay our condo was perfect. We had a little trouble figuring out how work the over complicated TV's and remotes but called Perfect Stays management team and they had a nice gentleman come and help figure the system out for us.

Great location - everything you need

This property is in an beautifully kept complex. The ground floor unit is well located to a bbq area and the pool as well as not far from beach. Parking was great - right in front of our door. The unit has everything that you will need - and then some. It is also very quiet. The communication with management was very good. The one negative comment that I would make is that, as with rentals, the furniture is getting a bit 'tired' and it could be updated. Overall our stay was awesome. How could it not be - we're in Maui!

Nice place could have been cleaner

Sad to say outside of fridge and garbage can filthy, some of the towels were questionable as to whether they were clean. Bedskirt moved and sheet over box spring was horribly dirty. Disappointed with the cleanliness on arrival otherwise a nice suite.

Wonderful!

We stayed here for 10 days, family of 4. Location of condo is perfect. Close to the pool, BBQ area, and not too far of a walk to the beach. Loved the ground floor! Very convenient. Layout of condo is nice. Only complaints are that the knives are all either broken or very dull in the kitchen, the coffee pot was terrible and needs to be replaced, and there was no umbrella for the beach. (All four other condos we have stayed at here at Kamaole Sands had one) One of the beach chairs was broken upon arrival but the property management company sent someone with a new chair the next day which was very nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was really great!

We have a great time! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all we needed for our vacation. We were quite surprised to find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and even a bodyboard! How cool is that? :) When it comes to parking, I am kind of picky because I have to find parking for working purposes every day. Guess what? We had a reserved parking spot almost in front of the condo's door. Happy me! If one only very very small suggestion, it is time to sharpen the knives. ;) Thank you for the great vacation!!
