This newly remodeled 3 bed/3 bath home sleeps 7 and is just two blocks to shopping and the restaurants of Seaside. With exciting ongoing renovations, including expanded square footage, a new private pool, and a hot tub, Beach Digs is getting even better! Get ready to vacation in your new favorite beach home!

Take in the crisp white, beachy décor, and shiplap walls throughout this beautifully remodeled beach home. The living room has plenty of room for the whole crew for family movie nights or board games! The kitchen offers an open plan and is fully stocked — offering high-end appliances and thoughtful touches that the chef in your family will enjoy. The dining table offers seating for 8. The stackable washer and dryer are available in the hallway.

Have a seat out on the large, screened-in porch and enjoy the serenity the neighborhood offers. Or, enjoy the Florida sunshine, have some coffee, and plan out the day. The kitchen features a Keurig coffeemaker, so bring your favorite pods!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Awesome place!

We had a terrific week at Beach digs! So convenient to the beach but still in a quiet neighborhood! The property manager was very responsive when we needed more towels- they were delivered very quickly! Would highly recommend this property for couples or families!

Family Vacation

Overall, we were pleased with the property. As other guests have noted, the stairs were very steep. The porch was great, but could have used more furniture to really take advantage of it.

Great house to stay- close to square

All in all, A CLEAN, nicely renovated house to stay. I wish the shower upstairs had not been broken, or the coffee maker, ice maker ,or the outlets in the master bedroom and kitchen - Most everything except outlets were repaired the next day, but for the money, I wish everything had been in working order- Kids were happy and that’s what mattered ;)

As advertised

The property was just as described. The house was clean and ready for us in time. The stairs TK the loft are steep but doable for our teens without a problem. Easy access to the beach as well as to the shops and restaurants if Seaside. Just a side note, the area is full of remodels and new construction so be aware. Nothing the owner can do but worth noting.

Good location and everything we needed

Reviewer Comments: The walks to town center and the beach are super easy from Beach Digs. The house itself has everything we needed to have 5 days of vacation fun with 3 adults, a 3.5 year old, and a 1.5 year old. The stairs are super steep. It as long as you watch the little ones, they’re not a problem.

Enjoyed our Stay

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Beach Digs. It was in a good location for easy golf cart rides to the beach and Seaside. The living area was updated, comfortable and spacious. When arriving we were a little concerned as there was construction on 3 new houses right next to and behind the house (right outside bedroom windows). During our stay they only had an early start one morning but I think it should have been disclosed in the listing that construction was going on next door. Bathrooms are small but functional, not much counter space but wasn't an issue for us. The only problem I would say was with one of the king beds. It was VERY squeaky. As in roll over in bed and wake yourself up squeaky. Otherwise a very good stay. We would potentially rent here again.

Property in good location

When we arrived at the house everything appeared to be great. I went out looking for the pool the next morning (listing said there was a shared pool). I contacted the property mgmt company and they could not tell where one was and then come to find out there was NOT one. This went on for a whole day…I was told one was on Canal Street, but they did not know the address. No one ever got back to me to fully to resolve the issue. The listing is misleading. I would not rent from this company again. After I returned home they asked for a review and I stated my issue again(along with no remote for the bedroom tv which I called about the same day for the pool). I was texted “We do apologize for our late response and do hope you enjoyed your vacation!” Still never truly addressed the issue. I own condos and would never treat my guests like this or be associated with a mgmt company that is incompetent.

Cute but bare and no curtains

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a cute cottage type feel with a good location. It's very evident it's an investment company that owns it because it has nothing in terms of pantry essentials (no cooking spray, oil, salt & pepper etc) it also has no beach towels nor beach gear. We have never stayed at a property with none of these items. None of that is essential, however, the biggest issue is the lack of curtains. There are no curtains in any of the bedrooms, and all the kids woke by 6AM because it's bright by then. Also- if the neighbors leave their outdoor light on it shines into bedroom all night.Also- the house was ready by noon when we arrived however, they wanted an early check-in fee if we wanted early access which felt a bit like a cheap money-grab.

Great access to Seaside square and beach

We stayed at Beach Digs with a group of 15 year olds for spring break. The location was perfect. The kids bikes to the beach and square with ease. The beach is a short walk from the house and easy to get to. The house comfortably slept 8. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

Close to town and to the beach and the house was beautiful and clean. The screened in porch was a nice place to relax at night. Only thing we missed was a grill. Perfect place for my family’s vacation!

Good small house at great location

This house was perfect for what I needed during this stay along 30a. Since my older daughter was staying w her friends close by, I only needed a house for myself, my youngest daughter and a couple of her friends. The upstairs bedroom loft was perfect for them, leaving me the entire main level. The wraparound porch was great for relaxing or taking a phone call. The street is quiet but the house is only a 3 blocks from the beach. Easy walk to the Seagrove market and surfing deer. Also easy walk or bike ride to seaside square. Publix is walkable as well, although not if carrying many heavy items back home. The only item I felt like I missed is a BBQ grill. But the oven and stove worked well. Would rent again for sure.

Canopy of beautiful old trees creates magical relaxing views

Reviewer Comments: Beach Digs is secluded in Old Seagrove and yet close to everything all at the same time. 600 sq ft screened porch with 3 ceiling fans and hanging lights running to the magnificent tree canopy will make you never want to leave! Adorable farm house with character of being built 30 years ago. 1st class renovation recently done with super comfortable beds, high end TVs and building materials. Just a few blocks to Seaside and to the most beautiful beach in the world! The best restaurants on the gulf are here! Surfing Deer, Great Southern Café, RedBar and the great gulf views from Bud and Ally’s or Fish Out of Water are minutes away! 5 minutes to Watercolor Publix and shops of Watercolor and Seaside! 15 minutes to Donut Hole and Amici’s near Rosemary Beach. It’s like talking to family when we make our reservations several times per year with GRS/Benchmark Reality. Our dozens of stays with them are always perfect! Thank you Benchmark for making our 13th anniversary really special.

Set on a large, quiet lot surrounded by trees and yet a a quick walk or bike ride to Seaside or the beach. Management company was very responsive. We brought coffee because the listing stated that there was a coffee maker in the house and when we realized there wasn't one they brought a brand new one over almost immediately. Only complaint is that the upstairs bedroom has no windows coverings. Sun rose at 5:45AM and flooded the room with light especially in the face of the person sleeping in the bed under one of them. We had teenage girls staying in that room and they weren't too pleased about that ;-) Also, I don't think you can really see in, but they were concerned about modesty when changing, especially since one of the windows is right outside the bathroom. We did contact the management company about this issue as well, but understand not much can be done on short notice, so maybe for future guests. Might also suggest adding a couple table lamps in downstairs bedrooms and living area as sometimes is nice to not have to use the overhead lights. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect peaceful beach location

I loved the quaintness of this house. Beautiful porches with ceiling fans. I recommend bikes to get to beach and restaurants. Only needed to use our car once while there. A super family friendly community.

Cutest Cottage in Seaside!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Digs was Perfect for us! 3 beds, 2 on main and one up. The upstairs has steep steps, perfect suite for older kids. We walked to seaside, no need for a car, I was about a 5 min walk, not even 1/5 a mile. They have ample parking, which is a rare find in seaside. The cottage itself is a farmhouse style. It’s just been remodeled. We absolutely loved it and will always be staying there during our seaside visits!!
