Olive's Cottage is a true departure from your typical 30A experience. Located in a gated, private community off Hwy 395, this Farmhouse-style cottage is nestled among oaks and magnolias. A large wraparound porch welcomes you, offering a comfortable seat for the daily concert of chirping birds and cicadas. The tranquility continues inside with a décor draped in aquamarine, driftwood, and ivory. In the main living area, a banquette table invites you to dine near the cozy brick fireplace or sink into the nearby oversized sofa. A beautiful kitchen completes the space with marble counters, custom cabinets and stainless appliances. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, Olive's Cottage is perfect for one or two families. The community offers two pools plus a nature trail which leads to a small dock and creek that flows into Western Lake. Should you want to leave your woodland nest, a short walk or bike ride will take you to many of the area's most popular destinations, including the Seagrove beach access. You're also centrally located to explore the neighboring communities of Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach.

The Hammocks at Seagrove is a tranquil and quaint Seagrove Beach gated community, hidden in between Old Seagrove Beach and WaterColor. If you're looking for a secluded place to have an intermission in your busy lifestyle for an unforgettable vacation, The Hammocks at Seagrove is the first place to look. All homes in this community are created with modern, chic touches in similarity to that of the WaterColor community.
~ 2 Community Pools - both are only a 2-3 min walk from Olive's Cottage (pools are not heated)
~ Short walk to the closest beach access (Scenic 395 Beach Access)
~ Western Lake Dock Access - Located off a wooded nature path within the community

Parking
Olive's Cottage has designated parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway, 2 in front of the home and 1 behind the home. Street parking and yard parking are strictly prohibited in this community. You may only have as many vehicles or golf carts as you can fit in the driveway.
Golf Carts
Golf cart rentals are allowed in this community. All carts must be street legal with a valid tag/license plate. Golf carts must fit in the home's designated parking area along with guest vehicles and cannot be parked on the street or in yard areas.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only. If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure)
~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
