Seaside Proper Condo walk to the beach, shopping & restaurants

Live like a local in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo just steps to all that Seaside has to offer. Walk to all the restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. Rental comes with wristbands for Seaside beach access at the Coleman Pavilion. You can rent chairs there or bring your own. Located on the second floor of the building it has a large porch / balcony overlooking beautiful Ruskin Place Artist Colony, there is a screened in porch for dining and another balcony shared by 2 of the bedrooms with nice views of Seaside. The living room has a 85 inch smart TV, the dining room has seating for 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed & private bathroom. 2 have tubs / shower combos and one has a shower only. The condo sleeps 6. If you are looking for the perfect location in the middle of all the action of Seaside but still offers a peaceful setting & privacy this is the condo for you.

Lovely well situated property. Balcony was delightful. Dessert store was right below and teenagers gathered there even for awhile after curfew ( but bedrooms were always quiet) would return to property again‼

Great place to stay! Perfect location for us. Only problem was we didn’t stay longer! We didn’t have to use our car the whole time we were there for a wedding.

This unit is absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We had lots of space, perfect location, and the management company communicated effectively. There are a few things missing from such a grand property like a full length mirror, bathing suit/towel rack, extra blankets and more shampoo/conditioner. I had emailed about shampoo/conditioner and they stated that it is included- they were small sample bottles. Didn’t cut it for us. Other than that it’s a great spot, super clean, easily walkable and a beautiful view.

Everything in the place was first class! The atmosphere, the furnishings and the location could not have been better. Property manager was extremely communicative and helpful on arrival day with questions we had. Will definitely be back!

Great location! Neighbors/locals were friendly and invited us to the roof to watch the NYE fireworks. Owner was responsive and helpful and beds were super comfy.

The condo is so convenient to all the shops and eateries. Also very convenient to the beach. The best part was the porch that had a view of the park area. The screened porch was nice too.
