Come enjoy waterfront paradise at the "Casa Oceana" in Hudson Beach. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bath home with vaulted ceilings and wood floors. The home sits on a wide canal leading out to a private channel into the clear cool waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Hudson Beach is a golf cart community with plenty of waterfront entertainment and dining, listen to live music while watching amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

House includes a private floating dock to launch the three kayaks and three paddle boards that are included with the rental. House also includes two outdoor decks one upstairs and one downstairs, a Weber gas grill, and full kitchen complete with spices and all needed utensils.

House is equipped with an electronic lock that opens with a code that will be provided at check in time. As the owner, I live in the Tampa Bay area and will be available by phone if an emergency arises.

Sea Pines is one the premier neighborhoods of Hudson Beach featuring both waterfront and wooded homes. The community has a private boat channel, private boat ramp, and two private parks one waterfront and one in the wooded area. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of wonderful neighbors and houses. Boat rentals are available in the Hudson Beach community.

Nice place with access to the gulf.

If you’re looking for a family home to stay at with convenient access to a channel to take you out into the Gulf, this place is for you. We brought our boat and tied it to the floating dock. The house was comfortable and there are many extras to enjoy.

FABULOUS experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They have everything for 19yr olds- pier, kayaks, paddleboards, & golf cart lol. Also, the place was adequately stocked with any pot,pan, etc that you might need. Even the fans to help with ac! Such a wonderful vacay. Thank you!

Great place

We had a great time at this place as a family. The house is great and area is quite silent. It is great that every bed room basically has it own bath room. The terraces are pretty nice and we had a lot of fun with the kayaks and standup paddles.

Happy Customers!

Our recent stay at this vacation rental exceeded all our expectations. The property was absolutely stunning, located on the water with breathtaking views from every room. The house was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and it accommodated our group of seven with ease. We were thrilled to find that the house came equipped with kayaks and a golf cart, which made exploring the area and getting around a breeze. What impressed me the most was how easy it was to contact the owner. They were extremely responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. It was truly a fantastic stay, and we will keep it on the short list of vacation options!

Great place in Hudson

Great property, comfortable master bed (only one we used), great fenced in backyard and patio areas including 2nd story screened patio with nice propane grill, nice floating dock, was great having use of kayaks, and golf cart. The office area is excellent for working remotely. Kitchen is excellent, one of the best stocked with cooking pot/pans, utensils, etc. Communication with owner was great, had difficulty with electronic door lock upon arrival, owner quickly rectified remotely. Central HVAC worked well. Many window blinds are difficult to open and couch wasn’t the most comfortable but minor compared to all good items. Neighbors are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Big House on Canal

I stayed in this home for a week in September 2023. I was disappointed with the general condition of the home - especially as compared to the pictures online. The home is worn - and while there is a lot of “stuff” it lacked any organization (cabinets in disarray, stuff in bedroom closets lying on the floor or thrown on the shelf). On the plus side there were kayaks, the internet worked fine etc.However, the overall feel of the home was one of disarray and neglect. It did not look like the home in the pictures which was a true disappointment. You will have space here - but perhaps not the space you envisioned.

Awesome vacation

Our entire family had a wonderful time during our stay in Hudson, FL. There were lots of things to do within an hour of driving distance. The house was very peaceful and quiet. We loved the setting of the neighborhood. Jeremy and Diana were lovely hosts thinking of all the things you could need during your stay. This is a rare gem of a house, and if you are on the fence, book your stay now. You won't be disappointed!

Graduation Get-Away

What an amazing home! My son graduated from college and we wanted to find a place we could all (6 of us total) go to, to be together and celebrate and this home was absolutely perfect. It is well stocked with anything and everything you might need while away from home… plus some! The view is fantastic, the beds, the game room, the games downstairs, the paddle boards, kayaks, the golf cart and docks… all of it, perfect! We never felt cramped or bored! We would absolutely recommend this home… oh & if you bring your pet, the back yard is completely fenced in!

Large home with beautiful screened in porch overlooking the waterway. 2 piers make it easy to fish and launch a kayak. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice place to relax. Not a great location for children.

Wonderful hosts Jeremy and Darla at Casa oceana. The house is wonderful. The big screened in porch. Use of bikes. Paddle board. Kayak. Not only did they let us use the rental house. They also let us sleep one night at their condo when we had a really late flight coming in. Happy thanksgiving. It was great.

Wedded Bliss

Jeremy and Darla were fantastic hosts start to finish. We had a small wedding ceremony out on the deck and this house was exactly what we wanted. It was clean and smelled good when we first walked in the door. Lots of personal touches made us feel like we were being welcomed by friends. We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic

We booked Casa Oceana as a family vacation. All of us really enjoyed our time there. The house is clean and comfortable. The location was awesome with short trips into Hudson and other great towns to visit. Kayaking out to the gulf was incredible. The neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful!

Casa Oceana was absolutely amazing. I am very picky about cleanliness. The house was very clean. From the golf cart to the comfy beds and everything in between, Casa Oceana had everything we could want or need. You could spend a day just exploring the house and property itself. Hudson has a beach you can walk on but not really a beach you can spread a towel out on or a big area to play in the sand or water. But there are many other beaches and attractions just a short car ride away, which we were totally ok with. Jeremy was great answering any questions I had. Great hosts and great property. I highly recommend choosing Casa Oceana.

BEST VRBO!!

I have stayed in a lot of properties through VRBO and this is one of the best. The house was very clean and I am very picky! The house has lots of room and is stocked with anything and everything you can think of needing or wanting. There are a ton of towels, cooking utensils and cookware for any kind of meal, double oven, three different coffee makers and lots more. The outside areas of the house were our favorite places to hang out. The outside covered area downstairs is huge and has a great breeze off of the canal. (The owners even provided bug spray if needed for outside). There are kayaks and paddle boards and bicycles provided. There is a large screened in area upstairs that is super nice. I cannot say enough about this house. The owner is also great to work with and responds very quickly. We will rent this house again when we are back in the area.

Wonderfull place!!!

We simply loved this place, the house, the community, the option to dock our boat right in the backyard, everything was just perfect. There was only on problem, we couldn't stay longer :-((. Jeremy is one of the best host I've ever rented from. Always responds to any questions and did everything in his power to make our stay a memorable one. I will definitely go back hopefully for a longer stay.

Great Family Get Away

Our family of 7(3 boys ages 12-15-17)had a great time at Casa Oceana! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the amenities. The boys had a great time with the provided kayaks and paddle boards. We also had use of the golf cart which we rode to the nearby restaurants and ice cream parlor. The house was comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened in porch watching the sun rise. We also used the handy Weber grill for dinners. We went to nearby Sun West Adventure Park as well as trips to Howard Park Beach, Rainbow Spring Park, and a trip to Crystal River to swim with the manatees.

Sunshine, water, and activities

The property had a beautiful setting with access to kayaks and paddle boards. We enjoyed both. I would also recommend the use of the gulf cart. We were able to run around the canals and local businesses.

Casa de Oceana is my dream home that took 40 years to achieve, it is not the normal single story block home like many others in Hudson, it is a three story custom home with beautiful amenities. This is truly a small slice of paradise that I want to share with others when work keeps me on the road.

Mahogany wood floors, three story home with a large loft upstairs. The twenty foot ceilings and tall windows in the living room give a truly wonderful view and feel. This house is unlike any other listed in the area.
