We understand how disappointing and frustrating it must have been to arrive at a condo that was not properly prepared, especially when you were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention during your stay and allowing our housekeeping and maintenance teams the opportunity to address some of the issues. However, we recognize that the initial condition of the condo, the additional cleaning required, and the maintenance concerns should not have impacted your vacation. We also apologize for the concerns regarding maintenance entering without knocking, as guest privacy and comfort are extremely important to us. We are especially sorry for the lack of follow-up regarding the compensation discussed and your subsequent emails. This is not the level of communication or customer service we expect from our team. We understand that having to leave early due to the hurricane only added to an already disappointing experience. Your feedback is taken seriously and will be shared with the appropriate teams so these matters can be reviewed and addressed. We regret that we fell short of providing the clean, comfortable, and worry-free stay you deserved, and we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of these concerns.
