The property was exactly as described and provided everything we needed.. It was the perfect for my granddaughter and myself. It was a very short walk to Perkins Cove where we were able to walk the marginal way and access the trolley to visit town and go to dinner. We loved our visit and will be planning a trip back.

The space was what was promised in the listing description and the photos. Very clean and had all we needed. Walking distance to down town and to the cove and located off the main road so it was peaceful. And Mary was a great host!

Lovely studio condo. Meticulous and nicely furnished and decorated. Finishes in the unit are higher end. We had everything we needed in this cozy retreat.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We walked to Perkins cove, down marginal way to the shops in Ogunquit. We drove to York and Kennebunk with no problems. We would definitely stay here again. Our host Mary was kind and quick to respond. A great stay!

Wow, very clean and new furnishings. Bright and comfortable. Perfect for solo or couple trips. Easy walk to downtown, marginal way, and beach. Great, fast communication with host. I look forward to booking again next year. Many rentals can be dated and worn in, not this one.

Very clean, excellent location, easy walking to Perkins cove with shopping and restaurants and boat tour. You can walk the marginal way to Ogunquit for more shopping restaurants and the beach. Drive south to Wells for a old time beach town and lighthouse

Great location

We had a great stay in this perfectly located rental; just a 5 minute walk to Perkins Cove but also nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend for a long weekend away.

I loved the location. It was quiet and yet very close to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was just as advertised and perfect for the two of us. Very clean and nicely designed and decorated. We will be back.

The location of the studio apartment was very convenient. Nice walk into Perkins Cove for dining and shopping. Marginal Way was nice to walk as well. Studio is adequately equipped for all your needs.

Fantastic location - lots to do.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Pros: location - walking distance to the cove, near the town, clean. Cons: not many but it is small and the people walking around upstairs were loud, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay.
